Cotnoth rutin shoulder

Shoulder routine!  Dumbell shoulder press
Cable side raise (until failure)
Front raises superset Lateral raises
Upright row
Bent over rear delt raise

kan lagi mudah dh kita paham you buat apa instead of "semalam i buat shoulder" zzzzzz

masih tk lengkap bab weights tu...
so i assume you memang tkde spesifik workout schedule yg cover ...

ya betul memang tak de PT.. lower tu hest lebih fokus pada butt dgn peha.. slalu buat squat/bar squat side kick in kick back kick .. pastu apa nama tak tahu tp ada 2/3 yg guna mat.. tp memang tgk utube je..

kalauu abang baik hati boleh tak list kan atau bagi cadangan pada hest rutin yg agak lengkap. kalau rasa nak tgk dulu badan hest boleh je kot try add wasap hest.. kalau kata ok sat lagi kita pm no wasap

Takde PT takpe, asalakan rajin membaca, rajin belajar.
zaman skrg ni mmg tkde excuse, sebab bahan2 mmg sgt banyak di internet.
takpe kita di forum boleh bincang dn belajar.

kalau sy listkan exercise pon, nnti hest tk faham pn problem jugak kan ?

haishhhh... so far ok lagi... mak assume dia gay jah.. ko jangan... lat pulldown dia bole tarik 200lb cam tu je. yg lain2 xtauu... ngeriii nk imagine klu dia tetiba nk buat jahat.

pernah juga a cpl of times aku n dia jah kt gym.... ishhh kau ni...

aritu budak kaunter tu tunjuk... i tak sure how it's supposed to be done. my form appears wrong. mamat tu buat cantik je... segan nk minta dia tunjuk lagi tadi.. so i xbuat deadlift pun tadi
