betul to radioactive! in fact daging if boleh..makan once a week ke. fish is better, even chicken. but i also loveeee beef but just dont take too often la. if masa tgh nak let go tu...if beriyani, sure beriyani daging!:kant:

  1) mcm mana nk susun menu kalau hari kita berpuasa??
  
   2) pengamal FFL boleh makan jamu tak?

  3) bole tak ambil apa2 pil/drops yg fungsi dia tuk menyekat lemak 1/2hr before lunch?
      (yg sbnrnya dah terbeli. rasa rugi pulak tak makan..)

dah beli tu ambik aje la...i ni tak la rigid sangat ikut FFL, i give and take. FFL tak suka supplements, i ambik jugak elken spirulina and vit.c n epa. ikur suka hati la...just ikut the basic principles...u shld be okay

i ambik jamu gak!

satu lg...kalau hari nk puasa tu camno eh? kalau bgn pg tu bole la sahur ng buah2 kot, tp i besenya mmg tak bgn, sbb tdo pon lewat stay up study nye psal....
kalau bukak pose ng nasik (carbo) bila pulak nak mkn protien?

okay...bila puasa ni...definitely the timing tu lari la! if i were u, i'd  take fruits in the morning..banana would be good also. buka puasa definitely carbo +vege + ulam ke, supper..after 3 hrs of buka take a very light protein + vege.

huhuu...arini berjaya dpt 1day (tp cam tak 100% je...jadik la, for 1st timer :cak: )  

BF: plain water...pisang seketol
Lunch: nasi + sawi +sotong (amek sket sgggttt2..yg dh dicincang, xsampai 1 sudupon.. xthn tgk masak sambal ah ah)
Diner: 2/3 ketol ayam (breast) + sawi 3 helai  (sbb dh licin org lain mkn)  

OK ke yela? ke KO?
psal minum ok kot...3 jam after....kalau ralat pon dlm 10-20 mins before...
cuma meal timing lari sgt2....BF je dh pukul 10, lunch kol 2.30, diner kol 9   

1 more thing, as u said FFL xberkenan ngan animal protein, ape mende lain plant-based protein selain tempe & tauhu?? telur kire dr binatang la kan? dok asyik nampak ayam ngan ikan jek....

kita nak bagi feedback jugak... I have tried this change of diet for almost 10 days now(weekdays aje, weekend belasah semua). I cheated breakfast last Wed, makan meehoon goreng yg di idam2kan dr kedai satu makcik tu... :gila::gila::gila:

What I can say about this diet is that it doesnt make my weight shoot up very fast whenever I eat rice. I used to take very little rice before... now eventhough tak boleh habis satu pinggan, at least i eat rice almost everyday... kdg2 roti with salad.. dgn rice, I usually buy at least 2 vege dishes... another is either japanese tofu or temper. Oh, I also took nasi goreng kerabu once... Malam mmg I makan lauk aje.. either fish or chicken(mmg tak stock red meat pun kat rumah) dgn vege... Pastu fruits.
So far so good... Since I have no real problem with my weight, I only managed to lose 1kg so far.. ok lah tuu... If I dont lose I at least want to maintain.. losing a kg every two weeks(insyaallah) is a  bonus....

semalam berjaya 100% FFL maybe ada less jugak kot...:bodek:

:dia:yelaa..try semak ok tak?

BF : Fruit (pisang 2 ketul)
Lunch : Nasi (area 5-6 suap + sayur 2 jenis )
Dinner : Garden salad + ayam 2 ketul....

Tapi ada gak teramik supper even dah rasa kenyang....kul 11 amik limau 3 biji...kire camner tue erkk?????:stp:

Tapi ari nie..gagal segagal2nya...pepagi jer dah heavy breakfast limau+kuih 2 ketul+bihun 6-7 sudu (gara2 meeting)...tue belum campur ngan kek coklat....3 potong kecik....hancussss:stp::ketuk:

tau tak pasal apa semalam ok, hari nii tak ok..pasal u makan carbo sikit sgt semalam masa lunch tu, why 5-6 suap aje. makan je sampai kenyang. tu yg bangun lapar tu kan! but then again if gara2 meeting tu...ish, memang tak leh nak resist! org bagi kita makan free...bedal je la!

Carbo (nasi ) ckit? oohh..yelaaaaaa..its enough..kang mkn smpi sengkak pun payah juga:gila:...ari nie tak ok..coz ramai amik kesempatan nak membuat amal bakti...bersedekah..jadi bnda depan mata dah free...seperti kata yela...bedal ajalaaaaa

Sepanjang minggu ni x kantoi lagi..ada gak kdg2 rasa nak mengantoikan FFL bila tgk makanan2 yg begitu menggoda kalbu. Tapi bila fikir2 balik rasa sayang plak..penat2 berdiet hancus sekelip mata jer..lagipun once u dah kantaoi bukan senang nak start balik. :cak:
