nazha.... nak resipi udang kamheong tu ker... simple jer resipinya:

Bahan:
1 peket rempah kari ikan (bancuh dgn air)
2 sudu besar udang kering (rendam sebentar
3 ulas bawnang putih (dipipih) ...

bulan puasa ni hampir setiap hari masak mcm2.. tp tak snap gambar pun.. sbbnya masak terus hidang dan terus ngap... ( ala2 lembeb wat kerja.. time nk buka baru siap.. huhu)

lilo .... sorry lambat... hehhehe.. ni i copy jer dr my fb. resipi ni 100% saya cipta sendiri.

Resipi ni saya cipta sendiri so sukatan masa saya masak ni agak2 jer sampai I got the taste I want. Tapi rasa saling tak tumpah macam makan kat kedai hehehehe er much better kot hahahaha (laling to confirm). Sukatan dalam resipi ni saya letak sehampir mungkin, dinasihatkan yg mencuba agar rasa sos ni semasa memasak so that it will suit your taste! happy cooking

Bahan:
Yee mee (lalukan air sekali lalu then tos)

Sauce:
2 tbs chicken stok concentrated (option lain: rebus tulang2 ayam with 2 liter air, dpt chicken stok original)
3 tbs sos tiram
1 tbs kicap biasa
1 tbs kicap pekat
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 liter air (boleh tambah accordingly)
1 tsp ground blackpepper
1 tbs sugar
chicken parts (small) - i use chicken breast jer , chicken parts lagi best
shiitake mushroom
2 ulas bawang putih (round, rendam & potong dua)
2 keping halia pipih (nipis jer & 2 keping kecik - besar ruas ibu jari jer eh... utk bau2 wangi...
5 helai cili kering di gunting 3 bahagian
4 tbsp tepung jagung
Minyak utk menumis

Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dlm kuali, tumis bawang putih, halia dan cili kering sehingga wangi
2. Masukkan ayam, kacau rata sampai ayam dah separuh masak (brown2 skit di bhgn luar)
3. masukkan semua sos, kacau rata then masukkan air.
3. Biarkan air mendidih & ayam tu masak then masukkan cendawan - I masak lama sket so that ayam tu lembik2 & hitam mcm kat kedai tu. kalau air kering, tambah lagi sampai ayam tu lembut & dark.
4. air tu kena maintain at 2 liter .... cos nanti nak letak tepung jagung & mee jadi pekat.
5. masukkan lada hitam & sugar. kacau & rasa. garam tak perlu cos sos tu original dah masin. kalau pakai stok buat sendiri, kena buh garam sket. but I prefer bubuh kicap cair.
6. bancuh tepung jagung dgn 4 sudu air, tuang, kacau bagi pekat - adjust according to your desired level.
7. dlm saucepan lain, masukkan yeemee, panaskan sekejap. pastu tuang kuah ni atas yee me tu. letak sawi celur pun sedap tapi i tak der sawi hehehe. Note: Untuk hidang, I buat 1 persatu means, 1 yeemee, tuang sos then hidang dlm 1 pinggan pas tu repeat again utk 2nd plate. Kuah jer buat byk sekali harung.

dah siap. selamat mencuba, sedap dimakan dgn cili jeruk/ cili api potong (i did this) yum yummmmmmm.... sedap! heheheh

masuk sini tgk gambar mknan n rate jer... ku msk tapi tk sempat nk ambik gambar. masak n terus ngap... hahaha... btw, puasa ni menu hari2 tuko, bubur lambuk dh buat, laksa johor dah, mee goreng dh, mee rebus dah, murtabak dah, karipap dah, epok2 sayur dah, lepat pisang dah, roti john dah, beehoon sup dah, bubur pedas sarawak dah, ayam percik ayam golek dah... pendek kata abis ler buku resepi mana yg tau buat tu dh khatam.. hahahah... nasi lemak dah, nasi ayam dah, beriani gam dah ( kambing n ayam.. semua dh)...

sampai dh bosan masak.. pala otak ingat nk balik kampung... yay!
