HR and Admin Executive (RM 2k-2.5k)
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the day-to-day administration for payroll processing, compensation & benefits policies, recruitment & selection, employee relations and new employee induction
- Prepare, update and maintain all HR records, HR reports, proposal & internal memo
- Handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues
- Responsible for all HR reporting and timely submission of reports.
- Manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing from calculation to statutory contributions
- Managing employee’s database and staff movement including preparation of all HR letters
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records and prepare HR related reports
- Assist Manager in Admin & HR related functions such as employee welfare & benefits, office maintenance & etc
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks and projects given
- To handle general office admin work such as office supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip. In HRM or degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of similar working experience
- Able to handle MYOB payroll software will be an advantage
- Able to multitask, is independent & is able to interact with all levels of personnel
- Able to commence work soonest possible.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good command of English is desirable
- Posses own transport will be an advantage

gaji tgk pada kelayakan, pengalaman, skill dan knowledge dan negotiable. tapi biasanya untuk gred I dlm range 3.0K - 3.5K excluding elaun lain2. gred II, III tu faham2 jelah. fresh graduate basic ( siapa yang berjaya masuk) dell pay 2.6K excluding allowance. every staff entitle for transportation and meal allowance. If working in shift they entitle claim OT + shift allowance.

diploma atleast ada specific skill and familiar with something + experience, dan diorang rasa ok maka akan diambil, akan dibayar sama gred wlu org tu ada degree.
the best part is they will pay allowance and OT to all gred, all level of salary, even u are manager will entitle for OT claim. mostly mnc company memang camtu. berlainan dgn local company punya policy.
senang camnilah, tya pasal gaji ni memang menarik tapi yang penting skrg ialah kelayakan, pengalaman, skill, knowledge& communication skill yang kita ada. Klu kita ada sesuatu yang boleh dijual cthnya skill dlm sesuatu bidang boleh markup mana yang kita minta sebab company rasa kita amat bernilai dlm pasaran kerja maka tetap akan diambil dan dibayar. utk those fresh graduate pun tak salah mencuba sebab rezeki itu ditangan tuhan. manalah tahu tersangkut dan anda terpilih itu sudah ditakdirkan rezeki anda. mencuba tak rugi apa2 sebab tak mengeluarkan modal pun. |
