alang selalu guna cappers ni utk buat salad gunakan pasta... cappers ni kalau kat tesco tu dekat2 ngan olive dlm botol semua tu... tya ajer pekerja dekat tesco/giant/carrefour tu...

mmm nak post juga tapi saya takde measurements utk bahan2 la....ni resipi cincai yang saya namakan........pesto cheese pasta

Bahan2 nye (measurements ikut suka la, u all semua pakar2 masak pandai2 ehehe. yg saya letak just rough estimates je):
1 cawan fusili (or however much you want lah)
1/4 cawan cheese spread
2 tablespoons pesto
1 cawan cherry tomatoes
1 cawan mushrooms
Garlic skit
Dan kalau nak letak udang ke, daging ke, silakan

Cara2 masak:
1. Rebus fusili sampai lembut pastu toskan, put aside.
2. Tumis garlic, pastu tumislaa ayam ke daging ke, and then put in the mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
3. And then letak cheese, kacau2 sampai dia cair.
4. Letak pesto. Kacau2.
5. Toss in pasta. Kacau2 sampai rata.
6. Kalau tak puas hati dengan rasa, pandai2 lah letak garam ke pepper ke.
7. Hidang. Makan.

Sedap gak la Resipi cincai seorang student ehehe

Ni rupanye capers. Tak tau samada you dah dpt cari or not. Rasanye masam2 masin depending ngan liquid yg dia jeruk.

tengahari tadi dalam tengah2 hujan...perut rasa lapo lak...maka terciptalah fetuccini carbonara.....nyum..nyum!

berjaya buat nih. paling simple..1st time buat dah berjaya .. tkasih pd those yang bagi resepi. tapi
yang ni liz bantai jer campur2.. bukan gambar sebenar tapi mmg sejibik sama



tumis bawang merah putih yang telah ditumbuk halus,
masukkan ayam dah dipotong dadu,
masuk sekeping cheese,
masuk Prego - Carbonara Mushroom
lepas tu masukkan black pepper..
pastu masukkan Whipped Cream Emborg RM6+ beli di pasaraya.. daun bay tak jumpa..
ingatkan nak masuk accessori sprt kentang & lain2 tapi takut tak jadik.. so liz buat simple dulu.

alhamdulillah menjadikkk

mmg letak emborg sedap sgt...

Tapi lepas ni tak yah letak cheese dan mayonis.. sbb emborg & sauce prego tu pun dah creamy.

I've tried the carbonara recipe with Emborg whipped cream.  Delicious!  

Taste as good as the ones you get at restaurants yang kena bayar sepinggan RM20++.  - verdict given by my sons.

arituh ade buat baked pasta ala2 kak ninoz, tp versi malas hehhe

bahan2:
pasta (i pakai spiral)
bawang besar half
butter (utk goreng)
sosej/mince beef (mase tuh xde beef then bedal sosej jerk)
mushroom dlm tin
italian herbs
blackpepper
salt
mushroom soup cambell
milk
cheese (sepaptut pakai yg parut, mase tuh takde pakai jerk yg keping2 hehe)
bread crumbs

1)masak pasta mcm biasa after that gaul ngan butter or olive oil
2)panas kan butter atas kuali, masuk kan bawang yg dah cincang
3)masukkan daging/sosej, then masuk mushroom
4)kalau suke bleh masukkan capsium (tp masa tuh xde capsium )
5)masuk kan italian herbs blackpepper, garam skit
6) yg dah goreng takdi gaul kan ngan pasta
7)masakkan mushroom soup ngan susu (jgn masuk air)
8) susu letak skit jerk biar pekat soup dier
9) campur kan soup ngan pasta yg dah gaul
10) letak dlm dulang dulang yg sapu ngan butter, letak cheese kat atas, then tabur bread crumbs
11) bakar, sejuk kan dan gap

**baked pasta ni bukan jenis yg bleh potong, sbb kat atas cruncy kat dlm creamyy
