    snack yang paling senang adalah telur rebus..mmg kenyang..ko letak la mayo..memang best..xpun sosej pun boleh..cuma sosej tu ko kene kira carbs dia betul2 la=)

hari2 mkn telur muak la.pastu naik jerawat kecik2 asik balun telur je pagi2 hihi.

low blood pressure tu dh jd history,abt 4-5 yrs ago.skang dh ok.cume tkt die dtg balik je.sy rs ok diet ni,sbb mkn red meat jugak.dulu jd cenggitu sbb kurang red meat.

    xpe midori..badan kite lain-lain kan..hanye kite je yg paham badan kite...ko teruskan la diet kalori ko tu..aku kat sini sentiasa bagi sokongan asalkan untuk kebaikan ko...aku rasa ramai jugak yg wat diet kalori kat sini kan...kite share la ape yg patut=)

hari nih dah pening nak makan ape utk lunch...aku nih bukan ape...kalo masak sendiri tu mcm kurang selera arr..tadi pagi dah makan sosej ramly 2 batang(3.2 carb)cheese 2 slice(1.4carb)telur dadar 2 biji(+-1.5 carb) semuanya dah6.1 carb..tinggal lagi 13.9 carb jer utk hari nih..ingat nak makan yg tak der carb langsung ler utk lunch&diner nih

Aku tak tau kenape semangat berdiet aku tak macam yg lepas...rase payah sangat..ari ni member2 opis order A&W..aku teringin sangat-sangat...dalam kepala otak ni nak makan macam-macam...dorg sume dok berkelah kat luar bilik..aku sengsorang dok lam bilik minum air suam..huhuhu...tiba2 rase sebak...susahnya nak kurus
