ari ni choki cam rajin sket....pas bekpes, rasa cam nak wat karipap utk qis....

minta tolong siapa2 yg duduk US (esp. California)
Saya teringin makan sambal belacan tapi pergi Asian store, banyak jenis belacan kering.  Ada yg bau busuk sangat so I confuse x tau belacan brand apa yg hendak di beli.
Any recommendation ?

OK, ku beli belacan kat 99 Ranch, Pantainorasingh Brand (made in Thailand), satu tub sebesar petis udang tu ha...jenuh nak habis (sebab guna bila buat laksa penang aje)

Thanks Nhuser.  Ada belacan yg terasa wangi tapi ada yg extra busuk
Pula tu banyak choice dari diff countries - x tau nak pilih.
Anyway esok I pergi Ranch 99 cari

cili api, cili merah, belacan, perahan limau nipis + asam jawa sket + garam (depends kalau belacan tu masin tak yah garam) and gula sikit jer.. 1/2 sudu kecik cukup kalau cili tak banyak sgt. pas tu kalau ada tempyak fuhhhhh sedapppp!!! nanti i upload yer kekekeke

SUP BUNTUT aka SUP EKOR



(Pressure cooker)

4 inci halia hiris tebal
5 ulas bawang putih hiris tebal
bunga lawang
buah pelaga
kulit kayu manis
bunga cengkih

** tumis

500gm ekor lembu - frozen pun takpe
2 paket sup bunjut adabi
lada hitam
6 cawan air

** rebus 2-3 jam atau hingga daging empuk

lada putih
2 biji tomato (potong 4) atau baby tomato
1 batang carrot
2 biji ubi kentang (potong 4)
1 batang daun salary (potong serong)
5 biji cili padi
air asam jawa

** rebus 10 minit atau hingga kentang lembut
1 sudu garam atau secukup rasa
daun sup & bawang goreng untuk hiasan (option)
