Tidur sejenak pada waktu tengahari bukan sahaja memberi rehat kepada badan, tetapi juga mendatangkan pelbagai manfaat kesihatan.

Tidur tengahari selama 10 hingga 30 minit boleh membantu meningkatkan fokus dan produktiviti sepanjang hari. Ia seperti ‘reset button’ untuk minda yang membantu mengurangkan tekanan dan keletihan mental.

Selain itu, tidur tengahari juga mampu memperbaiki mood seseorang. Bila kita rasa segar selepas tidur sekejap, kita lebih cenderung untuk berasa tenang, kurang marah, dan lebih bertenaga.

Namun, pastikan tidur seketika sahaja. Tidur lebih dari 30 minit mungkin membuatkan kita rasa lebih penat dan tidak bertenaga selepas bangun.

Hi admin, boleh kaburkan muka saya. Saya nak share pengalaman penyelamat masa banjir besar kat Selangor tempoh hari.

Kami guna kolam mandi kanak-kanak yang kecil tu untuk selamatkan barang-barang penting! Kami letak dokumen-dokumen penting dan barang elektrik kecil dalam kolam tu, kemudian tarik dengan mudah masa air dah naik.

Lepas banjir surut, kolam tu pun masih berguna untuk anak-anak. Jadi, musim banjir ni, memang elok kalau standby satu kat rumah. Tak sangka benda kecil macam ni boleh jadi penyelamat.
