flower ada wat karipap... buat byk lak tu... pehtu simpan dalam freezer... flower lapis2 dgn plastik..kurang sket melekat...

dah simpan 2 minggu.. semlm try goreng rasa cam ok lagi... ada lagi berbaki...risau lak kalau basi...

Okay this is my karipap ~

Tepung, butter, garam dicampak masuk dlm bread maker tekan button no.10 (dough) --- lepas tu eden prepare dinner pula


Dah siap dah ~ tara


Hat dlm pinggan tu den goreng .. hat atas aluminum foil  eden kasi beku. Bila bila nak makan just goreng jer

Ala kak Liza, kak Liza anytime jer boleh beli dkt sana. Kita orang yg dok oberC ni tak leh postponed ... nak makan kalu kenalah buat.

FROZEN FOOD

Askum..,

Saya ada membuat mengusahakan frozen food secara kecilan..seperti karipap dan popia.

Harap kekawan dapat membantu memberi panduan bagaimana untuk membuat inti karipap agar tahan lama (tidak mudah basi) dan bagaimana membuat inti popia frozen.

next time goreng pelankan api sket ek..klu luarannya menggerutu/berjerawat maknanya masa mula2 masuk kedlm minyak tuh..minyk tuh terlebih panas...

resipi sy buat lebih kurang dgn resipi yg ditampal forumer kat sini...

kulit dia: tpg gandum, sedikit marjerin dan air ais..

inti: masak sardine cam biasa cuma tambah kentang...

I next week ingat nak buat karipap. My Omar ada class party before end of term. Cuti penggal sampai end of January 07. Lepas tu masuk pre school. Hari tu ada try buat karipap. Tapi I ni malas nak buat pastry dia I pakai yang readymade shortcrust pastry. Rasa okle, tapi kelim mengelim fail.

ok lah tuh Mallan..prektis kelim selalu, lama2 perfect la..

baru sat ni kawan tepon..nak order karipap sardin...rezeki jgn ditolak.

nak kena wat inti sardin dulu lah cam ni..

nampak gaya projek kentang bakar bercheese tadi kena tukar ke projek inti sardin dulu...

my mom buat mcm biasa je......
Lepas dia siapkan karipap and goreng sikit..dia make sure yang karipap tu betul betul sejuk baru dia bubuh dlm plastik and bubuh dalam freezer....tahan lama pun

mencilah, goreng karipap pakai deep fryer kulit dia menggerutu, tak lawa langsung. tapi habis masuk perut gak.. hehehehehehehehehe
