bertukar2 resepi diet ffl kat sini, mungkin kita kadang2 makan makanan, masak cara yg. sama,

hi all,
Terbaca you all nyer progerss nih cam tersonok laks nak try....
dulu penah ler ikut ATkin's nih...
turun ader ler dlm 3 kg...peh tuh stop terus naik balik 5kg....
sekarang nih nengok cam besh jer korang nyer program nih andah try gaks buat sket sket....
nengok ler by next month...
kalau ader perubahan leh ler terus continue...
kalau still takder weight reduction plan nak pi klinik amik ubat plaks ler....
nih dah tahap putus asa dah nih.... lol:lol
anyway...good info. sharing.... :bgrin:
