Plat..sedap tengok you punya nasi goreng..tomyam style tu macam mana pulak? Boleh ajar tak? Perut tengah kelaparan - baru pukul 10.45 am..dah krak kruk perut....

I mana boleh goreng ikan masin. Laki ada kat rumah. Durian ngan ikan masin mmg pantang datuk nenek dia.:@

Skrg ni dua2 fridge I kat dlm kitchen, dah tak boleh sorok frozen durian. Dulu freezer kat my laundry room, boleh gak sorok2. Tu lah mengenang kan nasib ni. No durian, no ikan masin.

My anak2 dua2 tak nangis masa first day. Cuma mommy dia yg nangis. Tadi balik rumah pun nasib baik tak nangsi. Rumah sunyi sepi sesangat.

Plat, I remember dulu you pernah paste gambar interior fridge you. Respek giler, punyalah organized! Nanti rajin ambik gambar pantry pulak la, share some tips mcm mana you keep your stuff.

I pun dulu, tapi not in front of my anak, because he was being brave. Heheh. Cikgu pun heran tgk air mata I meleleh. Hb I tersengih je :cf:

BTW, Mallan, serimuka durian you dulu boleh masak dalam microwave ke? My friend masak serimuka in microwave.

Hari ni tak tau masak apa. Hubby outstation for two weeks, so its time for me to eat spicy and what I want. So bukak peti ais (menung sat), bukak pantry (menung lagi)...last2 nampak ikan sadin ngan nasi lebih semalam. So campak ler apa yang patut, jadi ler nasi goreng 'main campak'

Not sure lah bitter. Tapi I ada baca in one of the blog, instead of kukus, dia steam bake dlm oven. I ni pun baru 2,3 kali je buat.

Tapi I pernah baca dlm blog lagi satu yg ada org buat dodol dlm microwave. Ni nanti I nak try. Mana tau, terubat nanti rindu nak makan dodol.

Mmg cepat masa berlalu. Tapi kekdg I masih treat my kids like little baby. Tapi bila tgk diaorg dah besar gitu, rasa sedih pun ada. Sebab pada I masih teringin masa nak beranak dulu, macam baru semalam je.

Mallan, apasal pulak? Nasi goreng paling senang nak masak. Tips dia, jangan goreng nasi baru masak (sebab still lembik). Lebih bagus simpan overnight dalam peti ais. Next day baru goreng. Masa goreng pulak, heat must be high, so nasi tak dak masa nak jadi lembik dalam kuali, terus garing. Must kacau all the times.

Bahan pulak, campak je apa yang suka. Nasi will be the last. Paling best, kelentung kelentang kan bunyi kuali tu...heheh, macam kat kedai mamak la pulak.

Tapi I mmg betul2 fail pasal ni. Kkdg ada gak terbuat yg sedap. Tapi bila nak buat balik tak jadi. Ini disebabkan pakai campak2 dan agak2 pun case lah.

I ni blog addict, so mmcm blog site punya recipe pun I dah try. Kejap lagi I ingat nak try nasi goreng dari blog ni. Entah jadi entah tidak.

Cali, tomyam ni ada rasa lemongrass. Lain2 ingredients lebih kurang sama je. Kat sana ada tomyam paste tak? Lagi senang guna paste.

Resepi Nasi Goreng Tomyam

2 mangkuk nasi sejuk - mangkuk medium size
5 sb tomyam paste
1 sk belacan/sos ikan - kalau suka
udang/isi ayam/daging - qty ikut suka; daging dan ayam elok hiris halus;daging direbus dulu
sayur2an - qty ikut suka; elok potong kecik/dadu cantik skit
2 biji telur ayam
2 sk gula - tak payah taruk msg
garam secukup rasa
minyak untuk menumis

Cara2:
Panaskan minyak dalam kuali.
Masukkan paste dan belacan/sos ikan. Goreng dalam 3 minit.
Masukkan udang/ayam/daging. Kacau rata dan goreng untuk 3 minit atau hingga ayam/udang masak.
Masukkan telur. Bila telur setengah masak kacau rata.
Masukkan sayur, gula dan garam. Kacau rata dan goreng utk 2 minit.
Masukkan nasi dan gaul rata.

Kalau tak de tomyam paste ini resepinya -

Tomyam Paste

3 sb serbuk cili - taruk lebih klu suka pedas; campurkan dgn skit air utk jadikan paste
3 ulas bawang merah - dikisar
2 ulas bawang putih - dikisar
1 batang serai - dikisar
1 sb udang kering- dikisar (blh ganti dgn belacan or sos ikan)

I letak walnut. Kat dalam cake tu pun I letak walnut jugak. Setiap kali I buat carrot cake mesti ada that nut. Rasa lagi sedap..

My hb tak kisah sangat (or tak nak kecikkan hati I kot) pasal bau durian or ikan masin. Cuma I je yg termalus sendiri. Ikan masin memang I goreng kat luar sebab tak suka rumah bau "harum"....
