hai morning lama dah tak jenguk topik ni...

setelah 3 minggu buat atkins plus ngan puasa berat cendana dah jadi 54kg:pompom::pompom:seluar jeans dah boleh pakai balik...pakai kebaya pun tak ketat mcm dulu...:pompom::pompom:target sekarang nak sampai 50kg.

aku baru start diet ni 21hb jun

hari pertama ok...hari kedua langgar sikit mkn kit kan 2 baris ngan kerepek sbb lapar sgt...tp tak mkn byk ler...

hari ketiga ok....

hari ni aku terpaksa langgar gak sbb mkn biskut pagi td...biskut bos aku bawak balik dari jepun...pastu ada orang belanja kue teow sbb dpt bonus RM1k.

now,chemist buat mcm ni

breakfast
1 peket T&K atau GC
2 keping biskut oat

lunch
tak makan atau lauk sahaja
atau sebiji pau kukus

dinner
satu cawan meehon sup,meehon tomyam,tomyam sahaja..sup sahaja..

shida nye diet cam ni

bekpes
2 keping roti bakar + T&K

lunch
sayur + lauk (with/without nasi (nasi 3 - 5 sudu)

dinner
kalau lapar 2 keping roti
kalau tak lapar buah + GC

jarang ambil makanan di pertengahan.

shida lapar waktu pertengahan. tapi nak cover, minum air kosong le. lepas tu layan tidur. malam pun tidur awal. kalau tak nanti perut macam ada cacing.

Atkins diet,please help

Hello all,

Salam perkenalan.Honey sini.
Dunno if this is the right place to ask about this or not,klu x jgn mare ye,honeykan still baru lagi kat sini.Masih x kenal lagi tempat2 nyer

Just wanna ask if anyone kat sini pernah cuba diet nih b4? klu dah,berkesan ke? masih selamat ke klu nak cuba buat diet nih skrg? Honey skrg Tgh desperate giler nak turunkan berat badan from 60KG to 50KG nih,10 kg je lagi,susah betul nak turun.Sebelum nie nak turunkan from 75KG to 60KG honey buat diet yg biasa2 tu je,kurangkan makan then exercise,tpi biler dah sampai ke 60KG x boleh lah pulak nak turunkan lagi 10KG.So sekarang tgh consider nak cuba buat atkins diet nih.

aku  pon baru cuba nak berdiet. baru start semalam. menu semalam:
pagi, tengah hari tak makan
dinner around 6pm : ikan goreng tepung 2 ekor, sayur + so'on satu mangkuk + buah jambu batu

hari ni puasa:
menu berbuka puasa ingat nak makan ikan panggang je arini + sup sayur

short term target, nak kurangkan 6 kg
long term, 16 kg

by the way T&K tu ape?  aku tengah cari satu produk untuk menambahkan fiber and meningkatkan metabolisme..of course mestilah diperakui oleh doktor kalu boleh..anyone can help?

hai...

menjenguk atkins diet di sini.... rasa seronok plak nak berkongsi...
bobo pun diet atkins gak.... alhamdulillah, dalam suatu tempoh sebulan atkins (seadanya yakni curi-curi nasik) turun la dari 75 ke 70... pastu tak turun-turun... then bobo berkeputusan untuk ikut atkins bersungguh-sungguh... dalam hampir seminggu kemudian (termasuk hari ini) dapat la turun 2 kg... tu pun fasal pagi sarapan amik susu.... baca kat kandungan nutrisi susu (beli everyday), katanya karb 13 g... so, ok la kot kan, tak lebih 20 g. target akhir minggu ni 67 kg... kalu dapat 65 lagi best. he he he.............
tapi memang betul kata yang lain-lain... kita tak mudah rasa lapar dengan diet atkins ini.... hujung minggu ni ada kenduri kawin member.... nak gak makan nasi minyak... masa tu leh ah tunjuk badan bobo yang da sedikit slim ini......... he he heh............

sungguh teruja nak buat atkins diet ni balik....hmmm...tapi skang ni cam takbleh plak kalau tak makan at least one meal yang berat....antara mee, mihun ngan nasik, mana satu yang lebih banyak carbohidrat ek?

selalu saya substitute nasi ngan mihun...tapi tatau tu pilihan yg baik atau tak.

Which foods are highest in carbohydrates?

hi.. saya baru kat sini. Saya nih dalam kategori overweight yang melampau..my weight is 40 kg more than what it should be. Saya pernah cuba atkins diet sebelum ni. Memang ada perubahan, tapi saya rasa diet tu tak berapa sesuai untuk saya. Bila dah start makan macam biasa balik, badan akan naik balik. Maybe it just doesnt work for me. So sekarang ni, saya cuba again all this weightloss thingy.. utk keep me on track, I'm blogging about it. Cubalah visit ye, sokongan anda diperlukan masuk sini TQ!

i think b4 u all embark on atkins diet, better chk astro discovery channel pasal ATKINS diet. diaorang nih ade buat analysis by doctor & opinion fr atkin people. Be sure to see tat program

hello girls....long time no talk here..
rindu plak nak berporem kat sini..

amacam gang diet kita? dah ada sluar yg terlondeh ker? jangan salah paham..maksudnye, dah kuruih ke blom?
akak ni, for the past few months (sepanjang tak masok sini) makan kureng jaga sket..tapi conscience tu masih deep inside...hehehe..alhamdulillah lemak-lemak baru belom bersarang kat my body lagi...

but my trademark meal - sprouted wheat bread - ku masih lagi setia...
