ye lah Lyn...minyak terlampau panas..tak sesuai utk goreng karipap..berjerawat..

melainkan Lyn set kan suhu deep fryer tuh pd suhu yg sederhana/rendah...baru lah kulit karipap mulus...

sebut pasal deep fryer...akak baru jual satu mini deep fryer kat ebay...hahahaa..tak sangka laku..untung lagi you...deep fryer tuh beli kat carboot...brand new..tapi tecit..mini katakan..utk org bujang leh la...tu yg malas nak guna..

first time buat karipap pusing & menjadi...thanks for chef2 disini yang bagi resepi karipap pusing...banyak sangat dapat ilmu from this board...sejak dah lekat kat sini since ramadhan..banyak betul resepi yg dicuba dan menjadi belaka...dulu i'm quite skeptical bab trying out resipi from mag or orang nie..sometimes x telus & x menjadi...but not here..kat sini 110% diberi...thanks all chefs:tq::tq::tq:

aikk...since dah pandai buat karipap nie...kat opis siap mintak nak order for makan2 ptg...tapi x confidence lagilah...lagi satu pernah try buat inti sardin tapi x tahan lama bila frozenkan..? kenapa ye...

sardin i buat..

tumis bwg putih
boh cili kering sikit ajer..
dah garing letak air sardin...
dah mnggelegak boh ikan sardin tu
masukkan bwg besar yg didadu..

haa...tinggal kering sikit..i angkat & masukkan as inti karipap...

rasanya cam biasa buatlah kan..tapi bila buat frozen ..lama sikit dia cam x sedap lagi...baik buat inti udg kering with kentang...camno u buat dewi?

buh bawang putih jer ker..

tumis bawang merah dan putih kasi wangi.
buh cili giling , pes tomato ( sardin sekarang kurang rasa tomato)
dan air sardin
tumis sampai garing ( naik minyak)
masukkan sardin dan bawang besar ( dadu)
sikit perahan limau ( kasi hilang bau sardin)
kacau kasi kering sikit

maybe ceng masukkan air sadin tu lambat... jadi dia tak masak sama ngan cili tu. dan tak buh perahan limau jadi bau sadin tu kuat.

dewi kalau masak apa pun yg ada sadin mesti buh perahan limau atau asam jawa sebab mmg ramai org tak tahan bau sadin ni.

hmm...mungkin kot sbb air sardin tu kot :hmm:...tapi tulah..maybe jugak kena lama sikit masak kot since nak simpan ...anyway thanks...i'll try ikut cara u & tgk..anyway..i pun try sekali jer aritu & rasa tak sedap..maybe frezer kurang cold ker..ntah ler...nanti try balik lah...:love::love:

Hi dewi,

As dah cuba dewi nyer resepi. Kulit nyer rangup tapi kan dia nyer pusing jadi tak nampak plak. Tunjuk kat kawan2x dia kata tak nampak cam karipap pusing pun cam karipap biasa. Kenapa nyer ? Sebab masa gulung tu kuat sangat tekan atau masa uli dia nipis sangat. Tolong dewi... tension nyer!

As dah cuba resepi dewi. Cun jer karipap as tp kan dia nyer pusing tu tak nampak? Kenapa yer pasal tekan masa gulung tu kuat sangat ker atau pasal uli nipis sangat?

...maklang dah try guna air dlm fridge, memang kulit karipap tu jadi rangup...lama tahannya...
kalo kita nak goreng pisang ke, keledek ke atau apa aje, boleh mskkan ais ketul dlm adunan tu supaya kerangupannya tahan lama....ni tips dari d sendiri sbb dia sendiri pernah tgk sorang makcik ni mencampurkan adunan bater ngan ais ketul.
