hs...wah...ko ngelat macammana time buat sambal belacan tu.....ni sambal belacan versi aku..

bawang besar (suku biji je)..kalau guna bawang kecik 2 bijik...
bawang putih - 1 ulas..
lada cili padi - 13 - 15 bijik
lada merah - 1 bijik
belacan
sedikit garam
limau sambal

bawang2, lada2 aku goreng dulu....pastu baru tumbuk lumat ngan garam, belacan...dah lumat perahkan air limau.....

hahaha....aku pun kadang suka yang sotcut2 ni..contohnya...bila masak gunakan kunyit...aku lebih senang guna kunyit serbuk je....hari tu tau dek mak mertua aku...membebel dia...kata x sedap la...x sama rasanya la....bla..bla...last2 aku kata 'ala mak..dah masuk perut sedap aje.......hahaha....

aku pun. seb bek mak mertua aku dier jenis x kisah jer. janji lauk2 tu berasa


erk...cam aku lagi ler klu masak lauk2 yg ada santan tu aku guna santan kotak jer. leh kire arr bape kali jer aku guna yg fresh tu. beli kelapa parut, pastu perah santan bagai...huhuhuhu....jawabnyer, mmg x masak ler lauk2 gitu aku ni .  satu arr yg aku perasan, klu guna santan kotak ni selalu masakan lambat basi berbanding guna yg fresh

memang....memang. tu ler yg lagi tambah perisa tu kan. cam kat umah mak aku ngan umah mertua lesung batu kemain dalamnyer (menunjukkan punya ler selalu digunakan)

kat kg cimut suka kaut bekas sambal belacan dalam lesung tu... caranya..... amik nasi masukkan dalam lesung yang ada saki baki sambal belacan tu... gaulkan... kasi licin... kalah nasi goreng kat warung tau rasanya.....
