Hmmm same here. Tapi washing to often not good. Washing away good microflora might invite patogens (bad bacteria). Lagi lagi kalau terlalu kerap kering tangan. Something to ponder and consider |

I ve habit mcm ni. Kalau i nk buat telur dadar 3 biji, every time i pecahkan telur, i akn basuh tgn. Siap sabun semua. Lps tu i whisk the egg, n i wash my hand again. Stress tp i cant help it. Hence kejap2 i pakai lotion. |

Takde la mahal sangat bagi I, satu losyen RM59 gitu retail tp kadang2 ada promo 2 for 70 ke, buy 3 free 1 ke. paling murah I pernah dpt masa clearance sale tahun lepas satu botol besar losyen RM23 je. Kalau u nak yg pocket size pun ada. Bau pun macam2 ikut taste u |

Wash pegang makanan lain lain tu ok. Itu utk mengelakkan cross contamination especially bila handle eggs and chicken.
Telur ayam i masukkan dalam plastik buah masa kat market utk elakkan cross contamination. Sama dengan ayam. Tapi sampai rumah i terus basuh semua telur tu. Sebelum masuk peti ais.
Bila nak handle. Tak perlu basuh setiap kali pecah telur. Lepas tu nak handle food product lain, baru basuh tangan.
Basuh tangan dengan air yg banyak juga lebih bersih berbanding guna sabun.
Check ur sabun sebab kalau mengeringkan tangan then sabun tu tak elok. Beli sabun yg unscented mosturising wash mcm QV. Taklah kering tangan tu. |

Moo goo udder cream/milk cream...kadang johnson's kaler pink tu je, kulit iol sensitip n kering,so far brand moo goo tak menyebabkan kulit iol rengsa,gatal n etc cuma tu la kena selalu top up lagi2 bile duk dalam ekon..
nak lotion wangi2 terpaksa iol lupekan kecuali buh kat tangan..kalau kat area tumit iol lebih suka buh aqua cream |

Kena do something about it khuatir in future dtgkan kemudaratan. Just a peringatan. Kalau nak cuci omit the sabun. Dont use antibacterial soap ever kalau u ada habit mcm ni. Bahaya |
