Bawang putih memang sedap buat gini. Aiol kalau masak sup or masak kicap memang campak je bawang putih gini dalam piyuk. Selera je ai makan bila dah lembut2. Manis rasanya.

Kalau blood type A. My spouse kalau minum dairy dok selsema je. Doctor suruh stop lepas tu elok.

banyak resepi menarik dalam ni.

ai amalkan lemon dengan halia tiap pagi sebelum sarapan.
ni tiap hari.
lepas baca kat sini, ingat nak tambah bawang putih pulak.

petang pulak, akar kayu tongkat ali, cinnamon & madu.
ni kekadang jer buat.

oh yer..
lepas buat research pasai juice fasting,
n lepas tengok youtube joe cross - sick, fat and nearly dead.
terus dapat inspirasi.

ai buat juice dari 9 item ni.
apple, carrot, cucumber, lemon, ginger,
beetroot, peria katak (bitter gourd), peria cina, kobis.
ai minum 4 kali seminggu, sebelum sarapan.
ni ai punya superjuice. ada macam2 benefit.

kalo ada bajet lebih, ai buat juice dari 3 item ni.
pomegranate (delima), grapefruit, orange
seminggu 2 kali jer, kos tinggi.

delima mahal giler sebiji 5 hinggit, grapefruit 2 hinggit, orange rm1.
secawan 8 hinggit. harge macam makan nasik.

bawang putih dgn halia tu blender asing dulu
baru masak dlm periuk. ni jus utk kurang kolestrol

I ade pdpt sdri psl too many ingredients in 1 resepi.  For me some of the ingredients overlap the benefit of each other. Ni bkn kajian saintifik ke apa. Ni feeling2 i je.

So kalau i buat jamu halia,  i x kan campur serai,  sbb benefit serai lbh kurang n halia akn tenggelamkan bau serai.

Serai i akn add dgn bhn2 lain. Cth serai+asam jawa+madu.

Nak share petua gak.

Dulu-dulu waktu malam, aku akan perah lemon ke dalam secawan air panas kemudian titik sikit stevia. Kalau ada halia potong nipis-nipis campur sekali. Pastu minum bila dah suam sikit. Sekali dengan halia aku kunyah dan telan. Dan hasilnya bila keesokan pagi wajib pergi membuang air besar ha. Perut pun kempis ja plus badan terasa ringan.

pasai juicing guna ingredient banyak nih.
ada gak tanya doc mat saleh kat fb, tapi so far takde yg reply.
so ai assume ok la kot.

banyak ingredient tu bukan nya ape., tak larat nak basuh juicer hari2.
dan jugak nak tutup strong smell and strong taste pada item2 macam - beetroot & kobis.
kalau buat juice kobis or beetroot semata, mmg tak terminum ler, mau termuntah.

masa muda dulu aktif sport, dah banyak umur ni makin lama makin malas.
bila da masuk late 30s, mmg kena diet. masa ni la penyakit mula start datang.
doc zubaidi pun ada sebut, bila umur da start nak masuk 40, diet lagi penting dari exercise.
doc cakap punca penyakit sebab terlebih makan, salah makan (acidic body & less fiber),
dan tak cukup nutrient (penting utk detox, purify blood, replace cell, fight cancer).

ai pun da start kena mild gout 5 tahun lepas.
tanda2 dah ada. tu yang ai buat research tu.
kesimpulan ai bole buat pasai diet nih,
kurangkan makan - produk haiwan, white flour, white sugar, white rice, junk food,
processed food, chemicals & artificals.
consume lot of - veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, roots, any fresh & raw food,
minum banyak air. exercise seminggu sekali dua dah cukup.
tu la yang ai buat sejak 5 tahun lepas.

video ni ai penah tepek kat forum ni dulu.
