Hakmilik rumah lepas cerai

rumah yg ada hutang bank, wpun bercerai tak bole tukar nama atas property sesuka hati. Sb loan rumah masih ada lagi. rumah yg dah bebas loan sahaja yg bole pindah hakmilik. Memandangkan rumah masih ada loan....
1) sape yg take over rumah tu maka org tu la yg pegi cari bank utk apply loan baru. sediakan semua doc income, spa lama, salinan geran & minta lawyer mana2 buat letter of performa. Vendor nama suami isteri, purchaser nama suami/isteri (sape td yg nk ambil alih, harga baru.
2) ini akan jd subsale. Kena pastikan loan baru cukup utk tutup hutang rumah yg lama. minta bank lama keluarkan redeemption stmt pun bagus jgk cuma kena byr.
3) bila loan baru lulus nnt, baru buat SPA baru.
4) kena igt SPA baru akan termasuk kos SPA, MOT & loan agreement bank. MOT ikut value property tu skrg.
5) nanti kena bincang semula dgn lawyer sharie bagaimana nk byr kos2 yg pernah dikeluarkan oleh pihak yg satu lagi memandangkan sblum ni rumah ni rumah bersama.

Payahnya bercerai...mcm2 benda nak kena urus.
