PASTA RECIPES
sorry ya mod...dah cari depan belakang takde topik ni...this is my children's favourite.. in fact anything to do with pasta...
Spaghetti/Linguine/Fettucine Carbonara
500g spaghetti atau linguine atau fettucine - rebus dgn sedikit minyak, toskan
olive oil atau butter untuk menumis
1 labu bawang besar-potong dua dan hiris
2 ulas bawang putih - hiris
1 stok chicken cube
100g beef pepperoni
100g chicken sausage
100g button mushroom
100g kentang-potong dadu
1Tb black pepper
1tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tin evaporated milk (optional)
1 kotak whipped cream Emborg or any brand
Keju parut Parmesan secukupnya jika suka (topping)
1. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga naik bau, masukkan stok dan kentang dadu, gaul hingga kentang separuh masak.
2. Masukkan beef pepperoni, chicken sausage dan mushroom, black dan white pepper, garam- gaul sekejap.
3. Masukkan susu cair dan masak hingga hampir didih, masuk Emborg dan spaghetti tadi dan gaul sekejap hingga masak. Kalau nak berkuah boleh tambah air sikit dan kalau nak pekat, kurangkan susu cair.
4. Hidangkan dgn parmesan cheese.
Nota:-
Isi untuk carbonara ni boleh masuk apa2 yang ada dalam peti, chicken fillet, seafood etc.. ikut kreativiti tapi memang jadi favorite budak2..
Susu cair tu optional, kalau takde no hal still sedap....tapi Emborg kena ada.

whipping cream?? hmm... :hmm: tak tau lak whipping cream bole pakai untuk masak gourmet foods ni... biasa pakai untuk kek n pastries jer...
shida... actually bole tukar ngan fresh cream... masakan ni actually satu art.... carbonara ni biasa medang tau nak wat mmg pakai fresh cream... and they cook the cream with the cheese together... lastly baru add parmesan....

i think whipping cream ni dairy cream macam millac or president cream, yang kalau buka tu boleh jadi pouring cream.....
selalu juga digunakan dalam masakan....... |

fresh cream tak lemak eh?? :hmm: but still can try coz apa yang medang tau from my italian chef saying that he normally use fresh cream or full cream milk for that carbonara... and that fresh cream simmer with cheese... tak pasti cheese apa... might be cream cheese...
and he uses beef bacon instead of sausages... tapi bole jer pakai sosej... asal boleh makan suahhh!!! |

actually bole... tp kene modified sket laa... ad more cream or milk... bagi lebih creamy... add some butter to give more creamy texture and taste.... |
