but if u simply MUST take milk..u have to take it fresh...not pasturised. and on its own..cannot be mixed with anything pasal dia ni akan merosakkan apa yg u makan dgn dia...like bread ke, cookies ke. it's the most mucous-forming food on the planet! and it doesnt go well anything.
and berpada2 la if ambik milk. yg condensed milk...ish...tok sah cakap la...lagi la teruk pasal highly processed and with tons of sugar! |

semlm nampak topic ni just browse2 je..arini baru ada masa nak baca btul2.....
bestt nyaa ada diet yg mcm ni...cos me tak sanggup nak ikut yg atkins....me nak try tgk...saya ni just nak maintain weight je....tanak kurus ke lagi dah....and nak kecikkan butts....yg ni mmg ada buat simple2 exercise...now takde diet tp mkn tu kurang2 kan....sehari mkn skali je nasik (noon or evening lepas opis)...
btul2 last day sblum puasa aritu ada amik measurement....butts: 39 inches, weight: 52kg....and 1st day raya amik measurement lg...butts:37 inches, weight: 48kg...nasib baik la maintain sampai skrg...but i have problem with my butts..besarrr sgt
now tgh mencari2 pola mkn yg btul...and this diet really easy to follow laa....thanks a lot sis yela...after ni kena pi bli juicer
sis yela...ada few Qs:
-breakfast kalo minum milo or chocolate yg 3 in 1 tu ok ke tak
-kalo amik fruit juice takleh mkn dgn roti ekk..kira nya pagi tuu no rotis laa ek..fruits/ fruit juice only?
-if tgh ari ganti nasik dgn roti bleh tak...
sis jawab dulu and then i try to rangka my menu then let u know ok ke dak hehe

okay...no milo in a.m...in fact if boleh, just dont take this kind of drinks. if u must..try not take it in the morning.
a.m. only fruits and fruits juices...if hungry terlebih..take banana or papaya
if lunch time...u can take any sort of carbo..nasi ke, roti ke, pasta ke...just remember dont mix with protein. take plenty of vege. |

yagi-uda...tak elok milo and choc drink ni..coz dlm milo tu ada milk. cuba minum sekali-sekala instead of every day. tapi kalau kenaaaaa jugak..boleh la tu! it's better than tak buat langsung, ye tak? if u dah follow the a.m. and lunch routine, i think u can la..berat betul i nak cakap boleh ni!!! |

tapi kan umi..u can always eat the salad with black pepper chicken ke, roasted chicken ke...sedap jugak! potong kecik2 and mix with the salad..sedapppp!:love: |

hehe ok2 sis sbenanya saje tanya...in case kot teringin nak minum....me tak minum slalu...sejak2 berat turun me minum plain water je...air2 manis suma tu jarang laaa....
oke sis....ni me try rangka2 my menu:
Breakfast: Fruit juice (apple, orange,watermelon-fruits yg slalu ada dalam my fridge)
Lunch: Nasik+lauk or roti yg ada krim or donut
Dinner: Fruit juice
How i'll do it:
-mlm blend 1 fruit dan simpan dalam fridge utk breakfast esok nye(kalo ada lebih bwk pi opis skit)
-ptg blend lagi sebiji for dinner (7pm)
but first i have to get myself a juicer laa hehe...ok ke tak my idea utk simpan juice dalam fridge tuu....cos pepagi takut tak sempat+malas hehe..
komen la apa2 tak btul...nak tambah ke tolak ke my menu tuu

yagi! mana boleh nasi + lauk!! cannot...pantang besar FFL! nasi + sayur + ulam/salad.
roti yg ada krim...noooo..krim ni tak elok sesangat! bukan pasal dianye calories, but the thing itself...dia macam fungsi sama dgn milk. but makan roti n butter boleh...coz butter is a fat and is therefore neutral. but fat retards the digestion of protein, so it's best not eaten with protein. it can be eaten with carbo!
kalau yg extreme tu..cuba carik raw butter..psal butter yg ada tu banyak salt and too pocessed. but to me...tak pe la...dari makan salah! |

alamakkk i mean lauk tuu sayur2 laa...silap tulis...td sis dah bgtau lunch takleh campo carbo dgn protein...ok ok my mistake...salah tulis hehe
oke kena edit laa menu ni:
Breakfast: Fruit juice (apple, orange,watermelon)
Lunch: Nasik+vege or roti+butter --> favourite ni hehe
Dinner: Fruit juice
oke laa ek mcm ni....kalo ok next week bleh start

hmm..dah lama tercari2 cara diet yg betul dan sihat..sbb kita bukan nak nampak cantik jer..yg pentingnya sihat..
hari ni dah start ikut menu yg yela bagi tu..pagi td kul 7 dah langgah fruity juice..x de juicer..blend jer green apple+pegaga..tapis then minum..
pehtu tgh td kul 1 pi mkn nasi agak2 1/4 pinggan ngan sayur campur dan salad cicah sambal belacan..kenyang gak..
balik keje nanti dah berkira2 nak wat sup sayur+ayam..
dan antara waktu mkn tu byk2 minum plain water..
nak tengok dlm sebulan ni..hihi..nak turunkan 10kg ni..nak dptkan 48 kg..:cak: |

i think before try diet/menu FFL ni kita measure dulu berat....then bleh tgk progress...kalo bleh ukuran skali...kalo saya suka measure my butt size....sbb kekadang tak percaya dgn penimbang ni...kalo dgn tape measure tu mmg jarang laa silap....
then kalo ada perubahan...update la sini...ni utk sesapa yg nak lose weight laa.... |
