ara bersenam guna cd paula abdul..dance workout! ara beli ngan harga 6.90 kat jj.. lebih kurang 1 jam senaman..semua ada dalam cd tu..dr warming up hinggalah cool down..kalu praktikkan betul2 3 to 5 times a week..boleh nampak perbezaannya..cuma ara ni malas sikit..time free and ade mood jer buat!! sekarang kena start balik la..kena consistant!!
kalu berhenti bersenam..berat badan akan naik ke? :hmm: ara selalu perasan gitu..kalu lama tak bersenam..terasa berat badan dah naik! |

reason kenapa naik balik ialah pemakanan. bila kita workout, body kita boleh terima lebih kalori. so kita makan lebih. bila x workout, body burn less calori. yg extra tu disimpan sebagai fat |

Nk tanye, klau buat senaman cam cuci kereta ke, sapu sampah ke, gardening ke kira ok x? Xde mase la nk gi gym, keja pagi - mlm. Rumah plak xde tangga. Hari ahad je boley gi jogging/walking. Hope u x bz to reply. |

Setiap petang, MK amalkan brisk walk 20 minit and then naik tangga sampai
tingkat 19. betul tak aturan senaman tu...???
atau kena naik tangga dulu baru brisk walk??

cuci kereta/sapu sampah tu semua bukan senaman, ni semua gara2 magazine kluar artikel kata aktiviti rumah senaman. aktiviti camtu mmg burn kalori tp dah jd rutin utk bdn, unless setiap kali buat yg berbeza, biasa cuci kereta 30 minit, lain kali buat la 1 jam plak, 1 jam mengosok. new aktiviti for body.
konsep senaman yg mudah, fit, f=frequency,i=intensity,t=time, semua kena ubah disebabkan bdn mengalami proses adapatation.

kalau GI tinggi makanan akan digest lebih cepat n sugar akan rise dlm darah, bila x digunakan akan ditukar ke fat. kalau rendah akan digest slowly. nasi lg tinggi GI, cenderung utk convert ke fat. dlm bahasa mudah, nasi tinggi kanji |

i nk tanya..i join aerobik (twice a week) almost 7 month after delivered my second baby...then control makan...mmg x ambil makanan berlemak & berminyak...
ni i buat mmg nk diet punya pasal...i x amik any diet pil @ minuman diet...
my rutin menu cuma air putih (more than 8 glasses) but sometime teh tarik la (1 kali sehari)...oat...sup ayam & sup sayur...ayam @ ikan yang di panggang.
i makan 6 kali sehari..pg breakfast roti breakthru 3 keping, 10 am amik oat, lunch amik sup dan nasi atau mee hoon...ptg minum + biskut, mlm amik roti breakthru 2 keping...kadang tu oat jer...
Daging langsung tak amil sbb i ada pre hypertention..sekarang amik ubat doktor, ubat mkn tiap2 hari.
soalan...dr bulan Nov 2006 sampai sekarang berat cuma turun 3 kg shj...kalau ikut ketinggian i 149cm..my aim weight is around 45 to 48 kg je..now 52 kg.......suma yg i perasan, byk baju & seluar lama dh blh pakai. .i penah g slim world...they all kata i punya metabilosm 2...which is low la compared to my age...32 yrs
so what do u think..is it something wrong with my diet? tq |

how to lose weight easily and maintain good health? wt:56kg,ht:157cm.i gain the 6kg just in almost 1 1/2 months.i ingat nk diet+ gain workout,tp i slalu sakit kblkgn ni,demam lama2,cepat penatla.so,i xbrnila nk buat mcm rutin biasa.
just skrg,i amal minum madu+limau nipis+gamat healin gamogen 2sudu am,pm.kdg2 i minum oolong tea+limau nipis and i amik ion+mvt as supplement.
i pun nk increase my metabolism,so,apa pendapat u?
