Bambino! Episode 1 Spoilers

Shogo is senior in college and works at a small Italian restaurant. He's gotten confident because of his work in the kitchen and praise from customers. His coworker as well as girlfriend, Takahashi, tells him that in the future she wants to manage a restaurant with him. The chef, Endo, sees this and allows Shogo to work as a helper in a restaurant in Tokyo over the spring break. Although Shogo isn't quite interested, before he can disagree Endo is already speaking to the head chef of Bakanare. Shogo is introduced to the cold chef's and helpers, and is suddenly surrounded with Italian words he's never heard of, and is overwhelmed by how quickly everyone does their part. Unable to follow the kitchen at their speed, Shogo is at a lost. In the dining hall music is flowing and the customers are enjoying a pleasant dinner, but in the kitchen a war is going on.
