I am not too old not too young. When I was at younger age, I used to spent all my earnings on hobbies. I don't have any friends who could teach me how to save and make money. I don't believe in investment like weiloon today, until a few years back a friend told me about the book Rich Dad Poor Dad. I started doing investment 3 years ago.

Before that another friend of mine lend me a book about how to choose a business which could give us financial freedom.
It was a great book, I can't remember the title. I have chosen my current business after reading this book.
My working hours are very short. 3-5 times a week. 1-5 hours on each working day. I have time to service my clients, to fetch my daughter from school, to send her to her tuition classes, to catch a movie, visiting friends, taking afternoon nap at home, watching 24 hours DVD within 2 days and etc. I did all these during 9am - 5pm period on week days while most my friends or most of us are still working in the office. On good months I earn 5 figures, well...the lowest end of 5 figure.
5 years ago I barely earn 1K a month. Can't even pay for my car loan.

I am happy with my progress and I would call my achievement semi financial freedom. I am now working to achieve the real financial freedom.

he is idealistic to a fault....

but got to give him some credits though...if only more youngsters are able to ponder abt such
various of things then girls/movies/and what not

My brother uses this method to trade. He had USD1,000 plus in Jan 2007. Now he has just above USD10,000.
He is my trader now. I opened an account 2 months ago with USD2,000. He made about USD800 for me end of last week.
I added another USD1,000 on Monday. I have about USD4200 in my account now.
