Sony Ericssonannounced its latest, and very much greatest, cameraphone: the newCyber-shot K850. The K850 brings even more true camera functionality tothe world of cameraphones. The new 5 megapixel auto-focus camera has areal xenon flash and a lens cover that automatically retracts when thecamera is activated with the dedicated shutter button. Another camerarelated boon is the QVGA resolution, 30 frame per second video cliprecording capability.
Other camera features include Sony Ericsson's BestPic multi-shotcapability and the new Photo Fix system for adjusting photo brightnesslevels with a single click. When the K850 is in camera mode, a numberof icons on the keypad light up that quickly let the user know whichkeys access which functions in the camera, preventing unneeded menunavigation. The new pocket album application lets K850 owners quicklyfind photos based on when they were shot, as well as let them browsevia thumbnails or full screen images like other devices.
Of course there is much more to the K850 than its camera functions.For starters, this world travelling phone supports not only supportsquad-band GSM/EDGE, but it also can connect to UMTS and HSDPA datanetworks on all three bands used throughout the world: 850MHz, 1900MHz,and 2100MHz. That should let the device connect to pretty much any GSMor UMTS network in the world. Other network related goodies include thesupport for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync over the air synchronizationof data.
Like most of the current Sony Ericsson devices, the K850 supportsstereo music playback and ships with a wired stereo headset. MP3 andother formats of music files can be stored in the 40MB of internalmemory or in an external memory card. Amazingly, the K850 supports bothMemory Stick Micro (M2) cards as well as the industry standard microSDmemory cards. This should make a lot of people happy.
Wauu.......1st time aku dengar yg HP SE support 2 jenis memory card....M2 dan Micro SD...biasanyaSE ni hanya gunakan memory samada Pro Duo atau M2...tp kali ni dahpecahkan tradisi. Cuma...Bagi aku...kalau SE ni bergabung denganSymbian ( S60 ) dan jadikan HP ni boleh masuk pelbagai software ( bulanSymbian UIQ yg susah nak dpt software )..mmg lebih cun dan sedikit sbykmampu bertanding dengan Nokia Symbian Phone. 
Berkenaan dengan jangka hayat bateri pada K850i ni..SE Ericsson claim boleh mencapai sehingga 16.5 hari bila menggunakan GSM, 14.5 WCDMA pada kadar standby. Talk-Time plak , 9.5 jam guna GSM dan 3.5 jam apabila menggunakan WCDMA. Video Capture plak sehingga 30fps ( frame per second ) |

Kamera hpon, walaupun pixel besar (lebih 5MP), tapi masih tak setanding kamera digital 3.2MP dari segi ketajaman gambarnya...
