MC pun nk tmbh berat bdn..tp i am always bz
mc nk stdy lg..nk g kuliah,makmal..mcm xsmpt je nk wat sume bende 2..
so ade tips len x?bdn xtegap pun xpe...jnji berisi
utuk pgtahuan alpha brt mc skunk 57kg tggi 169cm
bole bg tips...plez....

169 - 57kg.. slightly underweight.. klu bz cuba amalkan pushup + pullup = air squat sblm tido.. buatlah semampu boleh.. hehe
kalu serius nak tough, gi tanya forumer nama "batabaka" kat thread sport > fitness & bina badan .. dia boleh bg nasihat..

minum whey....n slalu buat exercise...

itula yang aku buat 2 thn lepas....naik la 15 kg...wakakaka

tp whey ni mahal sket...so beli kalo btul2 serius je la...kang berabuk dalam almari rugi je

aku dah 2 thn mencuba menambah berat badan..dah 2 tahun azam yg same..masih x tercapai..berat aku 55kg..tinggi 180++..nmpk kurus...nak up sampai 60kg pun susah..metabolisma aku tinggi..mkn x jage...kadang2 dah naik 1-2kg..lepastu demam 3-4 hari turun balik..haiyaa..camne ni ha?..

sukan aku ni main futsal ngan badminton..
lain2 outdoor xtvt, panjat gunung, trekking...
gym x pernah gi..malu!

errm....patut la tkde tmbah berat.
aktiviti yg bro buat tu mmg "pemakan kalori".
hehhe...bdn jenis ectomorph ni(genetically skinny) mmg kene wat weighlifting.
tkyah la malu2. Ectomorph klo dah buffed mmg cun jadinye

yalah..aku ni kaki outdoor..pikol bag besar2 tu..
lg satu mmg gen fmly aku semua slim2..ade 10 org adik beradik semua slim melim..tp nak gak try kasi besar sket badan ni..dapat campai 65kg mmg im the man la..ni balik2 55kg ajer..

nak try mkn protin jer la..tp maheeee nyoo..

ape bende ectomorph ngan buffed tu incik bata?..

Ectomorph tu genetically skinny.
makan protein sahaja tnpa workout tkkan beri apa2 kesan yg besar. Percaya la ckp aku.
Dh ramai mmber aku guna weight gainer tp  xde kesan sbb tak pergi gym

Bdn kita akan berubah ikut persekitaran kita la, bdn jenis ectomorph perlu simulasi untuk membesar,
kalo tak otak akan bakar je kalori yg ko makan tu, sbb pada dia buat apa besar2 ni? ko tkde buat benda berat2 pon

Bila ko wat weightlifting, dan muscle berada dlm keadaan tekanan(tension) dlm satu masa yg lama, satu signal akan dihantar ke otak, mengatakan ko tk ckup besar utk sesuatu workload. Apabila kita rest/sleep selepas tu, groth hormone akan dilepaskan dan dgn nutrien yg ckup muscle yg koyak akn direpair dan density dia akan bertambah la

jangan la ko ratah whey powder tu...die ade limit die sehari brape kali kene amik...

lagi satu..jgn nak takut2 makan telur....protein source yang paling bagus dtg dr telur...bkn telur ko tau weh...tp telur ayam

memang btul, minum whey sampai muntah, tp kalo ko x buat cardio n weight training...perut je la yg naik..heh

taklah,.....penyakit gout kalo ko sensitif je...aku de baca aritu ngn lebih details tp lupe.
satu lg high-protein diet ni kene bnyk minum air kosong la

dinasihatkan ectomorph ambik mass/weightgainer la untuk membesar...
