sila buat time attack sit-up..... 45kali/minute....
p/s: mula2 mmg nampak susah..tapi kalau buat selang 2hari sekali minimum 50kali insyaallah 1pack tu akan berubah sikit-sikit jadi pack yg beranak pinak
pasal rendah lemak tu senang jer...kalau jenis suka makan goreng-goreng/berminyak/berlemak santan tu amalkan sarapan minum oat..supaya lemak dari makanan tu ditapis sikit n tak semua habis masuk diserap badan....tambah bila buat senaman ringan/sit-up berterusan mmg ketara.... mesti regular buat crunch ... best time masa lepas bangun pagi ... well, that's what my hubby does for many years.
cardiovascular pun kena buat juga ... jogging few kms and swim.
