   selalunya kalu awal2 masuk gym ada instructor akan ajar kita cara guna mesin..
selain ambik tips guna mesin kardio tanya instructor tu cara2 nk guna mesin angkat berat...

rugi r kalau tak guna mesin angkat berat..sbb kardio boleh buat kt mana2..dlm bilik pun leh..

tp mesin angkat berat tu mahal siot... kt gym jer y dpt....

oic....this friday i plan nak gi beli dumbell....nak guna dumbell tu masa jalan2....sambil jalan leh hayun dumbell skali...that's d plan lah....nak beli yg ringan jer....kalu nak guna kat umah, better beli yg berat skit.....tgklah nanti beli 2 set ker....pastu nak beli kasut jalan2 baru....hehe...

Lepas jalan2 slalu i buat squat dlm 4 set, 1 set 10....ok nanti leh try yg syik suggest tu....

    Hari ni OFF day..
Gym tadi mmg utk pompuan jer.. mula2 terperanjat gak.. yg ada cuma 1 basikal, 2 Elliptical..
Rupanya gym ni dia buat circuit training.. Best jugak, peluh2 walau nampak cam senang..
B4 ni tak pernah buat.. Cam kata Syik, setakat naik Treadmill tak yah ajar.. yg guna peralatan lain yg kena belajar...
Cam berminat nak continue...

Berat tengahari tadi b4 lunch - 57.7Kg ( asal hari timbang jer naik balik.. huhu)

ok...nie senaman ku tuk hari nie..
AM

1) 100 kettelbell swing
2) ZWOW 9 = 10 minit jerk.... senaman mcm nie sesuai tuk sapa2 y keje n takde masa..cuma perlu masa y kejab utk boost metabolisme anda.. sesuai masa time2 baru bangun tdo buat nie..

1)buat senaman Scoot Herman selama 15 minit..he sooo sexy.. workout nie sgt fun, ada movement ala2 breakdance..hehe




2) senaman dari Angry Trainer : The Swing, Push, Pull Workout..menggunakan KB, kalau takde leh ganti dgn dumbell

  tak banyak  senaman y melibatkan perut guna dumbell..
sebabnya kita takmo otot perut tu jadi besar..kita cuma aim jadi tone ... kelebihan buat senaman perut or core muscle ni dpt mengurangkan kecederaan bila buat kardio..
ibarat tiang rumah, kalau tiang rumah kuat.. rumah tak runtuh...hehe

salah satu side love bend, sesuai la tuk tone perut tepi kita tu..




satu lagi Russian Twist, sesuai tuk lower abs..




kalau tak larat dumbell tu leh bawa rapat kat dada ..

~apa2 pun selagi body fat percentage tinggi kita leh buat 1000 kali workout perut, perut tu tetap muncit gak..hahaha

Motip la tak bleh tido mlm ni... Esok dah la nak timbang...
Rancangan vitamin ada kat kbs (391) setiap selasa kul 10 mlm... Tapi hari ni tak tgk sbb tengok ranc extreme makeover kat TLC... Kesian mamat wally yg obes morbid! Diakhir ranc terpaksa dihantar utk pemulihan sbb dia ketagih makanan... Kesian sangat.. Huhuhu
