hehe..sy bukan dietician midori..actually diet ni kena try n error..awk try atkins dulu..kalau tgok xde perkembangan yg memberansangkan tukarla diet..mcm sy, atkins memg xsesuai ng sy..so sy start diet ikut jillian..makan 3 hidangan utama 3 snack..ikut portion utk balanced oxidizer..

oic....sy lak try count calories jer....this week sy amik atleast 1200 cals per day....ada satu hari amik 1500 cals....last week sy makan less than 1000 cals, tapi takde pun turun berat....next week sy ingat nak try buat zigzag calories intake...2 days low calories 800-1000 cals, 1 day high calories 1200-1500 cals....ulang2....

hehe..dah buat test tu..saya pun balanced jugak...xpe la..try dulu atkins dalam sebulan dua ni..kalo tak ok..try diet lain la pulak=)

    uikss..skitnye..da kire patut awk punye calorie intake brape?kalau ikutkan xleh amik skit sgt calorie dpd sepatutnye..mcm sy utk maintan kena amik lebih kurang 1900kalori (dah overweight sesgt da ni)..disarankan kurangkan 400 kalori dulu..so amik menu 1 hari utk 1500 kalori..

sebb awk xtrun berat mungkin awk terus amik 1000kalori ja..badan terkejut..metabolisme akan turun mendadak..sebb da biasa amik byk kalori..tetbe awk amik skit..pastu awk amik byk balik..pastu skit balik..so badan xleh cope dgn perubahan tu..

good lah...try dulu....biasanyer org kalu byk kg nak turunkan memang senang turun berat....my fren ada wat atkins diet nie...dia combine ngan exercise....turun 10kg....taktau lak brapa lama dia amik masa tuk turun 10kg tu....

Sy kira calories kat sini.....bmr - 1154, maintenance 1587, fatloss 1270, extreme fat loss - 952.

mungkin lah kot body terkejut psl makan 800 calories tu.....this week dah back to normal 1200 calories....

air mineral 1 botol besar
Lunch -
daging kari
ikan sardin seketul
sayur pucuk ubi masak lemak
air mineral 1 botol besar

Dinner
ayam masak lemak 2 ketul
pucuk ubi goreng
air mineral 1 botol..

Day 3 (1 April 2012)

Breakfast -  
telur dua bijik
daun salad 4 keping
tomato sebijik
mayonis
green tea satu mug
air mineral 1 botol besar
Lunch -
ayam berempah 2 ketul
jelatah
daging kari
air mineral 1 botol besar

Dinner
ayam goreng 2 ketul
air mineral 1 botol..

hurm..tak sabr nak timbang...ntah ade turun ke tak=)

    hehe..dulu aku cam ko jugak payah nak minum air...pastu aku try satu produk kurus herba...produk tu mmg soh kita minum banyak air..aku mase tu mmg paksa diri...sampai termuntah-muntah air...lama-lama aku dah biasa...salu aku buat cam ni...aku beli tumbler air yang 2 liter tu..xpun mineral botol besar tu..pastu aku baak gi opis..dalam masa kul 8.30  sampai kul satu 2 ..aku minum sikit2 sampai abis...bukannye minum sekaligus..xpun selang setengah jam ke..teguk la...air ni penting sgt..dia mempercepatkan lagi proses penurunan berat badan sebab dia cuci kita punya toksin dalam badan melalui kencing=)

Cayok kenkawan...aku pon diet gak..ni wlpon aku susukan byi...air mmg penting...dan skang sedang mkn rebus2...ahad ni nk g kendurik.test baju raya ari tu.sendat sikit.arap ari ahad ni leh ler aku sarung baju tu dengan lancar
