Yes I think that day it was Acute Pulmonary Oedema. Masa tu my Bp reading dh 230/133. Very high sgt kan. Semput dah that day. Ingat nak pegi emergency ward dah...
Pulmonary oedema ni can get worst ker if not treated? Biasanya doc akan buat mcm mn for treatment?
16th ni I ada appointment dgn hosp. Do i need to inform my nephros? |

You have a good command of english and i'd say, the advise on the internet on how patients with ESRF should do and not do, wouldnt be lost on you. Pi la visit all these pages.. you will benefit from them. Apa apa yg u tak faham or nak claification, do ask me... I ada ramai nephrologists yg i bleh tanya on your behalf.
By HB you meant to say Hypertension kan (HTN)? I just want to be clear. This ''230'' i take it, is referring to your Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP); if it is so, it is way too high and is damaging the blood vessels in your heart and brain as we speak. You must bring this down (via you docs of course).

Hmmm ''holes in the lungs''.. itu hanya description je tu.. depa bagi diagnosis tak?
Jika u ada PKD (see before), maka ada gak org yg dgn PKD ni boleh dapat cysts kat liver dia dan pancreas dan also lungs..
Tapi holes kat lungs ni vague je..bukan diagnosis. Antara diagnoses yg ada descriptions seolah olah holes in the lungs (in medicine, kita tak guna term holes ni kat lungs), ialah TB, aspergilloma, lung abscess, org yg ada alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, org yg ada COPD, yg ada brochiectasis, yang ada cystic fibrosis. Ini semua kena pulmonologist yg kena clarify utk bagi diagnosis yg correct..yg i list ini cuma potential diagnoses aje, dan ada lain diagnosis yg lain.

if seseorg itu dapat fatal heart attacks (MI) or fatal strokes (CVA), kira ok la, cepat je gone.. tapi masaalah nye nonfatal MIs tu boleh buatkan your heart to be so weak, that u become so lemah nak bercakap pon tak boleh, dok atas kusi dgn oxygen mask and have to pee into a bowl; dan nonfatal CVAs will make u cant talk poperly, lumpuh etc.. lagi aniaya.. so, do take your meds and do ensure your HTN is controlled. Dont leave it to the doctors je, u kena amik initiative.You see, we doctos, give u things and give u advise, but we do not live our patients' lives.

Treatment dia complicated jugak, kat sini ITU-based; you ESRF ni dah agak teruk sebab u dah mula kena Acute Pulmonary Oedema dah.
Yes, for sure u kena ckp kat nephos you apa yg u lalui.
Oh u tanya earlier where i am based.. i woked in UK and Ireland, tukar tukar antara dua negara tu
