Ayam Masak Jintan ni lagi senang. Kalau guna 1/2 ekor ayam..
Kisar 1 bj bawang besar, 4 ulas bawang putih dan 1.5 inci halia bersama-sama
1 sdk serbuk kunyit
1/2 sdb serbuk jintan manis
1/2 sdb serbuk jintan putih
1 sdk rempah kurma
1 sdk rempah sup
Kemudian tuang ke atas ayam dan perap seketika lebih kurang 1/2 jam. Bila nak masak, ketuk 2-3 batang serai dan tumiskan dgn 1 tangkai daun kari. Kemudian masukkan ayam dan juga air. Biarkan mendidih dan air agak kering, masukkan hirisan bawang besar, cili merah dan cili hijau. Masukkan lebih kurang 1 sdb lada hitam kisar. Perasakan dgn garam dan masukkan 1 keping asam keping. Biarkan sebentar dan bolehlah ditutup api. Jika suka berkuah, bolehlah ditambah air. |

semlm mummy masak ayam gak...ala, ayam masak biasa2 jer...tp leh la gak share kat sini...sharing is caring kan...
ayam sambal lada hidup
Bahan-Bahan:
½kg isi ayam
½ sudu teh serbuk kunyit
½ sudu teh garam
minyak masak
bahan kisar:
10 btg cili hidup merah
5 ulas bwg putih
8 ulas bwg merah
3 inchi halia
bahan perasa:
5 sudu sos tiram (jika suka boleh tambah)
1 sudu teh gula
garam sesedap rasa
serbuk perasa.
minyak masak
cara2:
gaul kan ayam dengan serbuk kunyit dan garam selama 10 minit. kemudian goreng separuh masak.
kisarkan bahan cili hidup, bwg putih, bwg merah dan halia.
Kemudian panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar hingga keluar minyak.
kemudian masukkan isi ayam yang digoreng. gaul sehingga sebati kemudian masukkan sos tiram dan bahan perasa lain.
Elakkan memasukan garam terlebih awal kerana sos tiram sudah mempunyai rasa masin yg cukup.

malam td tingin sgt nk makan kari ayam...ni resepi yg sempoi n cepat utk buat kari ayam...hihihi
kari ayam..
bahan blender:
bwng merah, bwng putih, halia, cili kering
bahan racik halus2:
bwng merah, putih, halia...
bahan lain:
daun kari, bnga lawang, kulit kayu manis
ayam
kerisik
serbuk kari (dibancuh bersama air)
ubi kentang
cara:
tumis bhn racik bsama daun kari, bnga lawang n kulit kayu manis smpi naik bau...
then, masukkan bhn blend...masukkan juga serbuk kari ayam, air asam jawa, kerisik, ubi kentang...
biar sekejap, agak2 kering, masukkan ayam dan santan....
masukkan garam, biar smpi masak...
selamat mencuba...

semalam dah cuba resepi yang rimbun share tu...ayam blackpepper + mayonis tu.....sedap gak...TQ ya..
tapi lupa letak kicap manis....letak serbuk kunyit, patut la kuning sikit...gambar yg rimbun buat tu, nampak garing... |

ko buh ayam lam maikrowev ko tuu..pas tu ko bakor mikrowave tu..nanti ayam dalam tu jadi bbq ciken..ada rasa2 plastik skit..extra plaber gitu ..no hal punyo cik kak

last nite i had chicken casserole for dinner eaten with pitta bread. sori tak tangkap pics
3 chicken breasts, sliced
ginger, garlic n onion chopped finely
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground chilli
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp green olive pitted
4 potatoes halved
fresh coriander leaves
salt to taste
freshly milled black pepper
in a saucepan, heat up olive oil n fry ggo (garlic, onion n ginger) until soft. add in cumin n chilli powder n continue stirring until spices are well cooked.
add in potatoes n stir. add in chopped tomates. if it is too thick add in some water. last add in the olive. add seasonings. let it boil n switched off fire.
meanwhile arrange sliced chicken in a casserole. pour the tomatoes/potatoes mixture onto chicken, then cover with aluminium foil. baked in the oven at 180F for 40mins.
the last 10mins, removed the foil. sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves n serve with pitta bread n green salads. |

pak aji, sibuk2 pun perut kena isi hah. m 1 person who dont like to eat outside foods. prefer to cook at home n serve my family with hot, home cooked meals however bz i am.
seem like a good combination, bihun with veal! |
