pakai laa CREAM...wat pe pakai susu

tak creamy tak carbonara lah

-rebus fettucine sampai el dente (dia kenyal2 gitu..keras tapi tak mentah, kire masak doh tuh, secretnya cepat2 run thru cold water once cooked gitu pas tu drained well, setitik dua olive oil dah cukup untuk tak kasik nate tu lekat2 with each other


- u beli thickened cream, boiled, campak seulas bawang putih..api medium..pas tu strained or get rid garlic tuh


- u amik strip of ciken meat ..breast favourably, cooked till browny or aroma dia naik..masuk ler cream dah masak tu ikut suke mana ko nak, pas tu campak baby spinach or sayur apa u suke..kendian campak fettucine tu

salu ramai suke buh EGGS, so bleh pecahkan tloq satu dua ka lepas buh fettucine tuh

how simpler can u get than mine?

ko sure tak reti wat pasta kan?  uli tepun tak reti...wat dough tak tau..haa sure nya..arap lawo jek wat pe?


aku leh ajo ko wat  gnochi less than 1 minit jek aaaaaaaa... tu lom cite pasta spinach , carrot dan memacam warna lagi haaa


saapaa nak makan gnochi..sedapzzzzzzzzz cik kak..kentang campoq tepun jek sempoi, easy dan baguih untuk anak2 membesar, buat creamy gitu..plenty dairy haa..sumber protein terbaik tuh haaa..


kita masak pakai otak..bukan masak  pakai kepala lutut tauu !!

saya try wat fusilli goreng petang tadi.. ikut resepi kat pg 1..  tadaa.....



sori saya punya tak cantik.. tapi sedap laa.. thanks for the recipe.. tak sangka sangat senang membuatnya tapi sangat sedap..

saya guna apa yg ada kat dapur je, malas nak gi kedai beli bahan.. so saya campak sotong, sosej, tomato dan mixed vege je.. kalau letak capsicum tu mesti lagi sedap kan? next time nak buat lagi ar..

my baked pasta. sama mcm buat lasagna ...but instead of using lasagna sheets, I used Penne.

    biasanya kalau baked pasta ni dia bila dah masak dia mmg akan 'runtuh' la..tak mcm lasagna. Tp kalau nak kurangkan kadar runtuhan tu.....(ahahaha..ape punya bahasa la....) biarkan ia set dulu beberapa minit selepas keluar dari oven. Kalau baru2 kuar dari oven mmg dia mudah bersepai sbb sos dia masih cair2 sbb panas kan...bila dah tak berapa panas....sos dia dah pekat skit....cheese pon dah set elok....so bila potong elok la skit rupanya....kalau wat lasagna pon gitu gak...

tp ...kalu baked pasta ni dia mmg tak mcm lasagna yg akan terletak elok je...
