kalau guna loyang itam, suhu kena kurangkan sket sebab kaler itam menyerap haba dgn cepat....
nak wat choc ganache tu tak yah guna whipping cream pun takpe
guna jer cooking choc+susu cair+butter
settle
sedap pun sedap

dah cuba gunakan resepi chocolate topping yg sue bagi tu, wah, mantopnye...semlm wat chocolate cake utk potluck kat ofis pagi ni & sblm subuh dah wat topping tu, mmg senang, sedap lak tu dan cantik toppingnya ..berkilat dan pekat je.. .nanti kite tepek pic.. ...

100ml susu cair
- double boil. dah sebati then tutup api. pehtu baru masukkan 1 sudu butter.

pipe camna tue?
kalo nak pipe biasa jer boleh tapi kalu nak wat roses tak bleh

oo.. ni yg mcm gambar2 kek coklat sue tu ye? yg berkilat2 menyelerakan tu... hehe.. sedapnye nampak.. k nnti saya try letak susu cair. sblm ni pernah test yg letak whipping cream... tp sebab tak reti mengkerim nye...  overbeat kot.. maka takleh jugak nk wat roses bagai

toppingnye i buat biase je..mcm resepi2 yg lain..
200g fresh cream
200g cooking coklat
sesudu butter..

suamkan fc,masukkan coklat..kacau sampai cair..then msukkan butter...da siap..sedap..

sue..i belum jual lg...tgh dlm proses..hehe...tu i buat sekilo tu..klu 2 kg slalu kat secret resepi pon rm75 ek.. bape ek..planning dlm rm40-rm50..tp cam mahal sgt..tp bak kate sape aritu...take it or leave it..now i pegang pd prinsip ittuw..haha...dorg ingt senang ke nak buat..stoberi lg..hehe...
