Kalau tak..bank dapat duit gitu..dia anggap u bank in nak bayar bulan2 je..tolak skit2 permonth..kira cam advance payment. Interest still makan duit yg u bank in tu. |

Masa u bayar utk reduce pricipal tu, jgn pi kat kaunter biasa, pi jumpa pegawai kat tepi tu bagi tau nak buat payment reduce principal. Surat tu, boleh je u minta kertas a4 dari pegawai bank tu pastu tulis tgn, tulis no acc loan, tulis amount .. title : potongan loan principal. Make sure pegawai tu cop terima surat & u ambil pic, simpan as proof. Pastikan juga pegawai tu, masukkan dlm system note tu. Kalau loan tu di branch tu, selalu terus boleh tgk principal turun ikut amount u bayar.
House loan settlement ni sesuai kalau u memang dah ada 6 mths cash savings or more. |

Dulu..sblm i settlekan umah, i buat refinance dulu..sbb masa beli awal tu interest tinggi..so mont ...
I think dr refinance, baik u just minta pengurangan loan interest. Tak perlu isi form, just jumpa bank officer. Selalunya, loan interest ni readjust depending on bank negara announcement. Lepas tu, baru pi jumpa bank minta reduction.

Ooo...ni loan umah dah lama. Masa tu beli tahun 2006-2007 ke. Umh 150k. Rate interest time tu pun mmg tinggi. Harga umah pun masih tak mahal cam skrg..tapi rate interest skrg mcm rendah. Mmg calculation beza lah interest dulu ngn skrg. Kalau buat ngn bank sendiri tak byk kurang pun..time tu lah. Better buat refinance time tu. Tp tuk tempoh bbrapa tahun..3-4 thn ke tak leh settle kalau refinance..masa tu lah. Tp kira2 mmg berbaloi time tu. |

Tak byk juga sebenarnya. Kena pandai pandailah cari tempat penginapan yg murah,tiket promo & dll. Mkn kami masak di hostel so dah jimat situ. Masak sarapan & tapau sandwich buat bekal. Tp ada gak kadang mkn di luar klu dah malas nak masak. Sewa kereta kadang ada promo dpt kereta bagus tp harga pun tak mahal sgt. Kami lbh suka sewa Toyota sebab keta jenis ni lasak dan jimat minyak.

ini saham utk customer Premium akaun HSBC. Aku tak pasti klu saham ni derang offer kat non premium customer. tp ko boleh chk dgn HSBC apa saham saham yg mereka offer utk non premium customer

Betul, setuju sgt bab maintain n usahakan tanah tu kena pikir. Kalau ada tanah, tapi takde org nk buat keje, nanti naik hutan belukar sekejap je.. kena keluar cost pula utk nak bersihkan |

Biasanya upah orang bersihkan lalang2 dalam RM100 jugakla. Itu baru lalang sikit2. Kalau yang dah jadi pokok kayu belukar kos backhoe dalam RM300-RM400 sehari. Tu antara kos maintainance huhu |

Biasa kalo i nak bayar lumpsum utk reduce principal i mmg call je pegawai tu.. then transfer... the folllowing week ke apa bleh call balik to confirm..
Tp setiap loan rumah berlainan... sblm sign agreement loan i mmg dah mintak awal2 nak jenis flexible for early settlement |

U gi je bank yg u buat loan rumah tu.. dptkan nama pegawai yg uruskan bahagian loan... amek no phone so senang nak whatsapp msg call..
So bila nak bayar, call dulu tanya baki and inform nak reduce principal nak bayar lumpsum sekian2, bila nak transfer.. elpas u transfer duit few days, bleh call balik berapa baki.... camtu je lah buat, senang je sbnrnya sis |

psl tu aku mmg jenis mulut takde insuran. Klu ada yg ungkit psl anak aku balas balik psl pinjam duit. Anak tu rezeki kan, patut korang lg byk duit. Buat apa nak pinjam pinjam duit org
