Part 10
Aimi as usual was standing alone looking out at the sea in the silent of the night after a tiring day at the oil rig. He had been in Miri for just over two months and had truly enjoyed his experience working at the rig. He suddenly feels a pang of loneliness and took out his wallet from his jeans pocket; inside he pulled out their picture, his and his beautiful fianc閑. He then unfold the other end of that picture, the end which could not bee seen if not unfolded, there is the face, the face that had given him such torment, the face that has been the centre of his life for more than three years. Aimi then folded the end again and just stared at his fianc閑, the girl who gave back laughter to his life. Nadia had always thought that he was the one that help her but only he knows it was the other way round.
The evening breeze was getting chilly; Aimi walked back to his bunk and lay down on his single bed. He suddenly feel such longing for Nadia and slowly reach for his mobile, hoping this time he抣l manage to get through. Somehow this time the line went through, 揌ello |
