Regarding Q131, saya terima pendapat @syadq that hyperglycaemia is more common than hypoglycaemia dalam kes kes liver failure. Jadi, dalam CLD (Chronic Liver Disease), both hypoglycaemia dan hyperglycaemia boleh terjadi. Jadi, tak ada jawapan yang salah dalam Q131. Q131 is marked correct to all competitors.

this is correct, so is the failure for gylcolysis to convert into glucose; so both hyper and hypoglycaemia can occur. in fact, you are spot on that hyperglycaemia is the more common to occur of the 2, in cases of CLD.
(your statement on NAFLD ie fatty liver, would be correct if the NAFLD progress into NASH then into cirrhosis, a process which could take many years, or may not, if the patient lose weight in the mean time)
