ala rileks ler posh... berat aku nie pung tak stabil lagi.... pagi tadi timbang 63.5 kg dah.... harap ujung minggu nie bleh buang ite 500gram..

smlm tgk enews.... ader citer pasal britney.. body dia dah mantap balik... antara perkara yg aku ingatle... no sugar... no juice...no fruits... makan putih telur (sama cam yg bim cakap tu)... salmon...etc... yg lain aku tak ingat... tapi katanye a lot of exercise... nampaknye aku pung kena makan putih telur gaks...

bagusnye...baca yasin yek .... lepas tu tarak buat ape2 aktiviti ker aku lak hantar hubby g stesen bus... dia balik kg... balik tu aku tgk pertandingan mengaji tu....

kalo kita kompem makan satu slice yang besar.

aku selalu je jeling2 secret resepi tu... teringin benar nak makan kek coklat pisang... aduhhh menggoda sungguh la hai...

wooo.... cam tu yer.... kalu cam tu aku biasa buat... tapi bila otot kat celah ketiak aku sakit...aku stop.... lepas tu hubby aku cakap... kalu aku buat cam tu nanti lengan aku cam body builder tu...berketui2...

lepas nie aku balik arg..... rasanya dalam toilet pung bleh buatkan .. makin lama le aku berkurung dlm toilet tu..

aku pung peyed gak.... so.. ade aktiviti tertentu tak bleh buat

rasanye dia exercise gile2 kentang kot.... pergggg lawa siot dia pakai bikini... cover story majalah apa entah.... tak de pung lemak kat pinggang dia... peha & lengan pun tecit jer....

kalu body ko dah cam britney.... jangan lak ko pakai pakaian cam dia..... bertambah sesak bandar seremban karang

alhamdulilah sihat....semua tension dgn kerja jerlaa....I miss u all....tahniah kat korang yg dah reduce weight....wa masih terus berusaha....susah badan jenis ala2 pear nie...especially nak kecil kan montot dgn peha...atas dah cam skeleton pun ada ...dah nampak rangka...tp bawah liat betul....sbb kalu bentuk pear nie mmg payah sikit...related to muscle cam tulaa....so kena work hard la...sbb tu kalu diet jer tak manjadi...kena exercise baru menjadi....

sebab banyak beno keje tertangguh...

kalo on9 pon maybe malam sajork....

btw, my weight stagnent at 80

ke dah tambah 1kg

hari tuh punyalah donlot klip aerobic,skali dibuatnyer jatuh bilik air....

insyaallah malam ni kot p cari org urut as tak tertahan lagik sakitnyer

sume bising 'naper lambat g urut',sbb girl jatuh dari hari ahad malam

derang cakap,takkan nak tunggu takleh jalan baru nak p urut:@ :@

kan dah kena marah

so,takleh nak gelek bagai.....

girl p donlod belly aerobic si ala2 muka rania tuh

doakan girl cepat sembuh ek

utk tegangkan breast kalo tak silap

sbb,kalo org gemuk mengkurus,kalo tak exercise n harap diet semata....nanti tek jatuh n labuh sampai ke perut

push up tuh yg membantu....

nak harap push up kat lantai maybe ramai yg tak mampu,so push up jer kat dinding

tulah psl aku tak mo tepek gambo lagi walaupun kebanyakan baju lama wa dah leh pakai....perut pun tak tersembul dah...tapi wa masih tak confident lagi . lengan pun tak mcm heroin tamil dah... teh tarik pun wa dah kurangkan....nasi langsung.....teh o & quaker oat...lunch pun wa amik fruit especially green apple/guava....or karipap beli morning tak habis bawak ker lunch....jimat duit...kdg2 wa rasa cam poser pun ada...takpelaa trainingkan...next month dah nak fasting...tp hang kata no fruits tu wa pening sikit.....camno yer...juice mmg wa tak leh nak telan wa prefer fresh fruit.....wa skrg tgh amal makan brokoli...lagipun darah wa sesuai makan ....good for my blood...nak tngk camna....

rock2 gak....akhirat nak gak.... pastu wa buat housework jerlah...sikit2 sbb montot wa sakit tu buat lunges + squat...terasa beb...sbb wah ada buat salah p makan mee goreng...dah lama tak sentuh benda nie...+ teh tarik....hubby wa dok jeling aiik amik mee goreng??nasib wa makan half...yg selebih nyer dia perabihkan pastu balik dia dok tego peha wa...dia riso sbb wa dah tak workout sbb stress..bahaya stress nie....

balik tu terus buat exercise riso kan mee goreng + teh tarik turn jadi fat....

untuk kecikkan lengan and oso firm kan otot dada..
tgk kat thread healthy lose weight tu kan ade gambar si lady_nf..
lengan dia lagi firm masa berat 60kg dari berat dia 58kg..
aku pong ade sayap nak terbang ..ehehe
