xper siti...jgn putus asa k...hmm siti, sebenarnya aku nak gtau yg aku x leh wat atkis diet ni dah...bukan ape, aritu kan aku ada try, badan aku jd lemah weh, ngantuk jgn cerite ler...last2 aku wat diet bodo2 jer, style aku sendiri...dlm sebulan ke 2 bulan ada la turun dalam 4-5 kg...yg penting aku x makan nasi, roti pun kurang sgt. yg aku makan cuma biskut kering ngan teh o..milo tu ada gok kdg2...skrg berat aku dah 55 kg....aku target 50 kg....aku amik gak jamu perawatan wanita mustika ratu, jamu seri badan cosway.....baru 2 minggu start...nnt aku update k....

psttt: setelah 4 bulan, aku gi kenduri kawen kawan lama semalam... semua memula tengok je aku... tetiba sorang kawan tegur... "muka macam ******, tapi...takkanlah...mustahil...mustahil..." ... hahahha...depa terkejut gila2 sebab aku seumur hidup, mana pernah kurus! sejak masuk U berat maintai 75-86kg... la ni jadi 59kg... memang la semua orang dah tegur mintak tips

agaknya sebab aku anak dara lai...cepat la turun kot... tapi memula start diet... macam2 dugaan...huhuhu

Kalau ko diet tanpa bersenam,mmg kulit mengeleber so maybe ko kena pegi gym buat workout utk tegangkan balik.takpun ko sapu losen utk firm which i a bit doubt.rasanya better buat weight lifting sket

   Thanks midori, itulah. Hari tu fedap sungguh ambik SW mcm turun sikit sgt... Pastuh jumpa thread ni + baca pasal Metabolism Typing by JM, pastuh tgk akak ni Fast Oxidiser so, rasa mcm seswai buat ATKINS ni...
Kechewa jugak hari tu sbb penurunan sikit sgt; tp skrg ni syukorrr sesangat... Tho' ada org lain turun dalam seminggu jer 5kgs kan?  Tapi sbb akak ni tak pernah turun2 banyak tu dgn TAK RASA LAPAR, jadi rasa gembira smpai my older sister pun ikut berdiet tho' tak ikut ATKINS l0l

Member baik siap ckp, kalu menjadik kat akak, dia pun nak buat...

Thanks to Cik Siti's thread, banyak yg akak belajo kat sini dari korang semua

tu lah tgk ramai yg buat atkins leh turun banyak...tapi asal ada penurunan, ok what...kalu takde langsung, maybe frust skit lah...last friday gi beli baju....i can fit size double zero....yahoo....tapi i amik size zero...kuranglah skit ketat kat dada....

Oh baru perasan berat ko naik ye.std r siti.aku yg diet x mkn nasik pon mggu lepas tmbng naik 600g..udahnye aku merajuk lagik ngn mesin penimbang.rasa suwey sgt.54.4 ke 55.15...nak juga no 5 tuh melekat.skit ati..kdngkan aku stres sgt2 mcm nk pecah paler pon ade.bile mlm2 aku selak baju.perut aku kembung buncit.smcm.kendian aku pujuk ati.aku kata ala.buncit bab minum. Bnyk.esok kempis balik sikit heheheh.....
