arini aku mkn byk sbb attend majlis makan2...walaupun makan lauk pauk je tp mcm byk je aku mkn.ngn bminyak2 lg.apsal masakan melayu ni byk yg berminyak2?? hu hu..

sabtu ader birthday party..kek wei kek...aku da la suke kek..camne nak tahan tak makan kek nanti
pastu ahad de kenduri kawen..oke lagi la aku rase leh ratah lauk..masalahnyer kalo nanti kat umah ngan laki aku..mesti terpengaruh..dier dahla suka makan..

thanx lilies..memang kene tabah la sangat..kalo tak kuat semangat kejap jerla tahan...
memang wat diet ni rase perut kenyang je selalu tapi badan rase lemah ar..memang macamtu ker..
hari ni masu ...

a'ah mule2 mmg camtu. badan takde tenaga. coz body ko baru nak adjust dgn diet baru ni.
nanti lame2 ok la. aku pun rase lemah je ni. dah hari keempat ni. hari tu start 49kg, tadi timbang 47.7kg
tak sabarnye nak cecah 43kg. huhu

sabtu ader birthday party..kek wei kek...aku da la suke kek..camne nak tahan tak makan kek nanti

tahan je. ko ingat yang ko dah start wat atkins ni 4-5 hari. kalau ko makan kek tu, nanti ko kene start balik dari 1st day.
tak ke penat tu? huhu. try tahan smp 14 hari. tgk bape kg ko bole turun during induction ni.

tadi aku timbang da...
turun 1 kilo after 2days epy sangat aku rase...
tapi aku jadi takot nak timbang esoko sebab kalo jarun tak berubah mesti semangat aku luntur

aku kt majlis smlm pun cmtu...telan air liur je tgk brownies yg amat sedap..mesti sedap tu...yum yum....tp x dpt makan..aku bygkan je rasanya cmne.. tp so far msh tabah laa...hehe

actually, kite digalakkan timbang seminggu sekali je
coz kalau timbang hari2 nanti rase demotivated.
sbb berat senang nak berubah2 dlm sehari sbb air.
tapi aku mmg gatal hari2 timbang, n catat berat aku hari2. huhu

nak try lah.. i have been on nasi diet for almost 5mos.. earlier mos ada gak amik nasik tapi tak kerap like 2-3 times/mos now... dah dekat 2bln not at all... kurang 7kgs.. and going more...

Byk tu 7 kg turun...pelikkan apsl mkn nasik leh gemuk kan..hairan plk rsanya..sdgkn klu aku pn mkn nasik slalu separuh atau sikit je.. ni x makan leh turun..mmg sbb nasik laa tu..
klu makan beras basmati tu agaknya ok x..kot2 kurg peningkatan beratnya berbndg nasik biasa ke..aku x pnh try beras tu..

kgkwn yg man aktif atkin diet'z kat cni, sharela ngan twins menu @ corak pemakanan semgu uolls..n hasilnya,,,sure gempaq...twins tingin gak nk cuba...tp xtau cam ne nk mulakan dulu,apa yg bole dimakan...

wonder..apsal kalu x mkn nasi ke roti ke mee ke..msti org kata makanan kita x healthy ek..sdgkan klu mkan nasi ngn lauk pauk smua ok plk pd pikiran org2an..tp this time x amik nasik tp still amik lauk ...

but the bad perception about nasi tak semua salah
nasi TIDAK MENGGEMUKKAN if kita choose the right portion n combine with protein n vegies
i've been diet and lose from 61 kg hingga ke 53 tapi tetap makan nasi everyday
but only about sesenduk
n switch to brown rice for a better choice
the carb is not the problem
but how u consume the carb is the main things
maybe can refer to GI INdex
even diabetic people pun still leh consume carbjust my 2 cents opinion...
