Tak la laju Mana chuols...up sikit jah dari berjogging...
I bersenam pun bukan sbb nak kurus...sbb berat badan dah ok.
Tapi perasaan bila dah habis bersenam tu chuols...rasa motivated, high, bersemangat...mood sepanjang Hari pun stabil... So for those yg depressed, sad tu semua Cuba lah try bersenam tak kisah lah even berjalan kaki pun baik bukan hanya fizikal tapi juga utk mental health |

boleh tak u eat healthily dulu? and workout.. .. brisk walking.. dont run yet, sbb u berat sgt, kalo running u akan sakit lutut and penat... so u brisk walk.. EVERYDAY target 10,000 steps or 5 km distance.. then lama2 u tambah la.. bila dah turun banyak, and muscle dah kuat, u can start to run.. jaga food..
tp kalo u nak buat atkins go ahead, but u must know that atkins ni akan buat ur kidney bekerja keras sbb ada phase ketone ke ape ntah, which indicates high uric acid in blood and ur kidney akan bekerja keras and u will frequently urinating.. minum lots of water.. tp i dont advice this.. u need to get off your ass and start work out!!!!
