Haaaa i pernah nampak zigzag ni kat ig cikgudiet tp xtau apa dia. Dia mcmana eh?

Zigzag calories tu u turun naikkan calories intake.
Let say Monday to Sunday kan;
Monday 1300 cal
Tuesday 1000 cal
Wed 1600 cal
Thu 1300 cal
Fri 1200 cal
Sat 1400 cal
Sun 1300 cal

Sekejap high calories sekejap low calories. By doing this ur body akan sentiasa bekerja sebab dia confuse

Selalunya kan.. ye lah kena ikut badan masing2 tapi mmg yang terbaik always yg seimbang and kurangkan gula and ikut portion yang betul.

Mmg cantik gmbr2 geng diet ni kan? Pastu ada yg bg tip2, best. Tp kita still kena ikut body kita gak. Kdg2 ada org buat tu sesuai dgn body dia, body kita x sesuai. Tp semua makanan sihat.

Setuju. I buat IF dlm 2 bulan (bln 1st x strict) around 6kg turun. Btw, IF bkn diet tp lifestyle. Sb tu boleh combine dgn diet lain. Tp for me mcm xpuas hati la. I expect around 10kg . Bln ni kene step up the game

I byk on off tp now around 2months baru 6kg turun. Slow betul. Lain bdn lain agknya. I siap exercise ptg2 combine suku suku separuh. Tp xnk give up lg. Sempat lg nk kurus masa raya

dah lama follow @aidasaniawenia ..menarik content dia.mcm2 jenis diet die share and tak kedekut ilmu..rajin layan kalau tanye kat DM etc....tinggal kite nak follow yg mana ikut lifestlye dan perut kite...dari Atkins, Omad, IF, military diet, liquid diet... sye boleh IF and Omad je..yg lain2 tak terfollow..

But jujur nak kurus mmg 80% jaga pemakanan/diet..

I buat IF+OMAD isnin sampai khamis. Jumaat sampai ahad i amalkan suku suku separuh ikut group kat fb + intuitive eating. try to eat food yng low gi sebab pre-diabetes after GDM.

intuitive eating ni macam cheat la. cuma bukan cheat day, cheat secara berhemah bila perlu. contohnya bila ofis ada event pada hari yang bukan established cheat day, makan la seketul kuih buat rasa. benda ni dapat mengurangkan perasaan craving melampau sampai binge eating. dlam sebulan ni iouls turn 1.5 kg je tapi iouls perasan baju iouls longgar part ketiak.

paling ditunggu ms lunch sebab mkn nasi suku, ulam, ikan bakar ngan sambal belacan hihi (menu lunch yang sama hari2)
selalu pg mkn oat

I pn hari2 makan menu sama pn ok. Kdg2 nasik kicap telur pn sedap dah. Tambah sayur raw. Kenyang. Kunyah lambat2. Hehehe
