...speed...itamnya tak rasa benda...apa yang ko rasa ialah rencah2 yang ko pakai...takde terasa hanyir ke...rasa maung ke...really tak de...tak caya tanya diana...hehehe...

actually masakan sotong kalau letak hitamnya ada rasa lemak2 sedap ... kalau orang Italy mereka guna squid ink ini untuk gaul dengan spaghetti.. pernah nampak tak squid ink spaghetti... kalau mat salleh pada mereka sedap... hehe kita harus cuba :cak:... blum cuba belum tahu kesedapannya... yang penting masak sotong hitam kena pedas2 sikit baru kick...

Hi 5 Blackmore, tak rasa hanyir more kepada lemak2... D dah tampal squid ink spaghetti, selalu kawan mat salleh menggila makan spaghetti nih... lagi dorang tak masak, duk pecahkan hitamnya gaul dengan spaghetti jadi boleh bayangkan kesedapannya... :cak:

takde rasa benda.....ok gak tu....tp muskil gak....tengoklah kena tanya my hb dulu dia penah makan tak......kalu penah leh ahh terai wat & rasa camner....tidak pun substitute jer ngan kicap...hehehhe

selama hidup dlm dunia nie..tak penah laks masak kari sotong..
asik2 goreng kunyit takpun sambal jer..

1 peket kecil Serbuk Kari Ikan
4 ulas Bawang Merah
2 ulas Bawang Putih

kak Noor suka kari sotong..first time makan masa ngajar kat  Subang Jaya..makcik kantin tu masak kari sotong power giler (teringat2 sampai la ni) ...dlm kari tuh buh sayuran spt karot dan kacang panjang etc..ala Cip u buat cam kari ikan je..cuma bezanya sotong..pastu buh sayuran tadi..terangkap beb :mll:

mahal gak le..kalau yg fresh tuh..1-2 bulan sekali buleh lah makan sotong fresh..(kesian kami)..:kant:

kalau yg frozen murah sket..tapi umpama macam makan getah skerap je..

naper tak lalu lak? kalau kat kelantan, ada gak lauk sotong beserta dakwatnya direbus dgn serai dan bawang..kalau sotong segar memang terbau kemanisan sotong apatah lagi rasanya..itu kata orang yang memakannya tp saya takder pendapat peribadi sbb tak makan sotong..
