abatar jer tu.. aku rasa musuh utama pompuan gemok kt mesia ni adalah nasik
cuba try stop makan nasik 2 hari pastu makan nasik hari ke tiga n sambung balik stop mkn 2 hari.. lama2 nanti, seminggu tak makan nasik pon tak kisah.. :bgrin:

shin nak tolong hubby diet...die tu takde la gemoks sangat cuma kat perut tu terlebih lemak. tapi bukan buncit tau...tapi shin tatau camner nak start nih...

nak suh die detox, ada product bagus tak? leh pm shin.
pastuh ingat nak suh die makan phyto fiber tuh, cam best je shin baca site die..
lagi ape ek...

saya ni gemuk bahagian perut... bahangian peha tu kecik pulak.. haih tensen nyer.... kadang2 nangis jugak kalau tengok gambar badan kita besar dari member2 lain.. sedih tau...

Owang lelaki......memang cepat naik tang perut..
part lain menten...tapi kat situ kalau tak jaga.......mula lah nak boroi..

PF?  boleh try pek percubaan....
setakat ini...ramai lelaki makan.......hilang muncit kata depa.....(mama tak tengok lee...)

aku heran skang setiap pagi aku makan nasik lemak, pehtu aku dah tak makan dah herbalife tok nenek segala mcm sumer tue...tp biler aku jumper kengkawan sumer kata aku dah kurus!!

jadiknyer skang, aku makan mcm biasa dan makan aper yg aku suker.cuma tak over over sgt laaaa

dulu aku diet diet sumer, dlm 10 orang, cuma 2-3 orang jek yg nampak aku 'live' ckp aku dah turun berat badan.....tp sejak aku stop diet2 nak kurus nie sumer daripada 10 orang yg aku jumper...almost sumer atau 9 daripada 10 orang tue mesti cakap aku dah kurus. aku pon herannn??? wakakak

nak bagi tips utk kurus makanlah nasik lemak setiap pagi mcm tak betol ajek...tp series biler aku makan nasik lemak stp pagi, aku makan selim....wakkakakaka

pe kata tukar nasik lemak ke roti canai plak hari-hari.. camner gaknye jadik nanti..

cakap pasal nasik lemak ni, lawan kan dengan sambal sotong ke, sambal udang ke, perghhh.. meleleh ayo lio..

tak minat roti canai..nasik lemak pon bukan sebarang nasik lemak..suker nasik lemak yg dijual dlm daun pisang....tue yg pulun hari hari.....tp timbang berat bodi statik ajek.

tatahuler mebbe kesan herbalife dolu dolu baru nak nampak skang ker aper....ekekekek

ha'ah memang pun, walaupun namanya tiada "lemak"...

daripada kita makan roti canai, baik le makan nasik lemak kot.. aku makan nasik lemak 2-3 minggu sekali je.. roti canai 2-3 bulan sekali.. yang aku berani amik cuma bihun je dengan roti bakar untuk sarapan..

itu dah memang le, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, cereals memang sesuai untuk diet. ini cerita pasal makanan yang "ditakuti" oleh orang diet, nasik lemak, mee goreng, roti canai, bla bla bla.. aiyooo.. very the sedap..

nak kurus ni satu je yg penting..kena ade disiplin yg tinggi..dulu my weight was around 53-55..then, berjaya turunkan sampai 42..but then i noticed 42 is not sexy at all, so i maintained it to be at 44-45..i jenis yang kena makan..tak leh skip meals..cepat masuk angin..so i just control my eating habits and exercise a lot..i think ade la amik masa dlm nak dekat setahun gak la..
1st2 tuh, mmg tak exercise..just i watch my what i eat..still amik 3 meals a day..for lunch usually some rice + benda yg tak bergoreng (cam sup ayam or ikan bakar) + 2 jenis sayur(including ulam)..org slalu ckp lauk i cam org sakit..dinner slalu amik sup je cam sup sayur or tom yam..no rice or carb..

2nd stage..masa cuti semester 3 bulan, this is where the real work began..aku rase cam fitness boot camp pun ade..every day mmg gile berjogging, kalau tak pun wat resistance training, naik treadmill..slalu my exercise sessions last about 90 minutes..kalau rajin 2 jam..masa cuti kat umah, slalu dok layan telenovela latin..mmg teringin nak body cam depa..sbb tu kot berjalan gak fitness boot camp aku..

lepas masuk u after cuti, mmg ramai la dok puji slim..so i guess what works for me=light breakfast+moderate lunch+light dinner+lotsa water+lotsa exercise - deep fried - red meat- sugar. tak yah amik slimming pills or pakai pape slimming aid cam belt or lotion ker..
