aku cadangkan pd mn2 graduan yg masih menganggur lg y not join skim latihan graduan (SLG).
zaman aku after grad/menganggur dulu skim ni mmg top.
dlm skim ni graduate engineer akan di train sbg it profesional n diserapkan ke MNC after.
kalo korang alert MNC bkn nak cikai2 punya orang.kalo setakat fresh grad yg 0 skills tu mmg payah le nak hired.so thats y skim ni diwujudkan utk bg skill asas yg diperlukan oleh MNC kpd graduate.
once dah work kat MNC ni gaji mmg best la tp keje mcm babun skit la.takat balik keje mlm tu biasa.tp semua ni akan jdkan individu tu more competitive and skillfull.
minda bdk2 fresh grad melayu ni semua kalo blh nak keje senang/kerajaan jerk.termasuk la aku.
smpi sekrang aku menyesal sbb x join SLG.nak buat mcm mn bnd dah berlalu.nak patahkan masa balik pun dah x boleh.
so pd unemployed graduate luar sana, jgn jd mcm aku k.agak2 susah sgt nak dpt keje tu just join jer SLG.tu lebih baik drp korang buat keje yg ntah apa2 jd kerani la, keje 7e la, jaga butik la - tu semua keje yg aku penah apply ms zaman kegelapan dulu. |

jgn just pilih kerja asal dpt kerja ja..
kalau priority pada gaji, pilih la gaji yg elok sket..
pilih kerja yg berbaloi dgn certificate, aku kadang2 pelik gak fresh grad ada diploma, mintak operator..ada degree mintak technician..
bila tanya, naper apply lower thn cert, kata susah nak dpt kerja..
kat situ actually dah tjkkan yg that candidate still unable to see his own potential..so camna employer nak amik engineer yg dia sendiri tak tau kemampuan dia? so build ur own confidence, and see wht is ur level.. |

it all depends on why dia choose utk jadik technician at the first place.. silapnya fresh grads kita is bila tanya y choose lower thn cert..alasan just becos of tak dpt kerja lain. do u expect hiring manager nak accept u into the company out of sympathy. kalau nak dpt kerja, kena bijak manipulasi keadaan. niat tu kena betul, kalau apply kerja just sbb nak duit byk, nak power, mmg susahlah.. tp kalau niat tuh betul, ikhlas sbb nak timba pengalaman, timba ilmu ..insya Allah akan dipermudahkan..
i had a candidate yg baru habis final exam earlier this year..blom grad pun lagik, tp dia apply as technician.bila tanya y, dia kata dia kalau bleh nak jadik all-rounder engineer, so dia nak amik pengalaman in his first month as technician. and dia honestly admit yg dia takkan jadik technician more than 1 year. his eagerness to try moves the hiring manager. n dia dpt post tuh, for a contract of 6 month. but by the 4th month, bcos ada new dept setup, dia converted as engineer. for me, budak nih bijak, cos dia tau apa yg dia nak..n he honest with it. it shows yg dia ada plan, bukan main redah je amik kerja apa pun.. |

at the other point of view company should got benefit when they hire fresh grad which hv the higher education level than the position itself.of course company will not hire somebody in term of sympathy, but as long as the candidate meet the requirement of the position n company, i believe company will ok with it.
i hv work as technician b4.the company never ask why i apply the position lower than my certificate.honestly from my deep inside the main reason i work there because i need money to survive.the other reason of course i want exposure, experience, skill n knowledge from the position. |

Interview entah berapa banyak kali lebih dari 20x dan 2-3 kompeni sampai 3x interview. Pepehal pom setiap yg aku apply of course lah yang consider layak dgn kelulusan+exp+skill aku dan seperti mana diiklankan..jadi bukan nak berbesar diri yg aku xlayak etc utk vacancies tersebut..aku konsider pengalaman dalam bidang yg diminta aje hampir 8 taun start dari bawah...dan aku bukannya berharap position/gaji yg lagi better..coz bagi aku asal leh tukar enviroment dah cukup bagus..so aku konsider masih tiada rezeki, but kalu ada orang masih bercakap aku memilih kerja..aku rasa ralat di sana.
Selain itu ada gak secara peribadi faktor graduan yang tidak serious menjaga status kelayakkan, maksud kalu ada degree but apply keje yg tangga gaji rendah utk pemegang degree so di sini pihak industri boleh 'bermain' dgn pasaran tenaga kerja walaupun kompeni masih bikin bisness ikut pasaran semasa. Ermm aku xtau camana nak explain, contoh camnilah.. kompeni yg aku masih keje sekarang nie kalu ikut zaman sekarang dah xrelevan coz kenaikan kos sara hidup etc.. bila refer mintak naik gaji memacam alasan/janji diberikan tapi ..bila kompeni bikin bisness sama client boleh pulak kenakan mengikut harga semasa huhuhuhu... so kekadang macam xberbaloi dgn berapa banyak $$$ dileburkan utk abes study dulu..
Bagi pemegang sijil/diploma/degree/etc xkisah start dari bawah utk kumpul exp but kita perlu pikirkan jugak actually diluar sana wujud kompeni yg turut menyediakan training/skill development bagi staff . Secara logik bukan semua topik yg belajar di sekolah mengikut market industri, so pihak industri ada menyediakan intensif utk tambah/upgrade skill/knowledge dgn T&C tertentu.. tapi itulah.. mungkin 1 dalam 100 kot kompeni camtu di sini.. dan aku masih tiada rezeki. |

aku ni dok tercari2 kerja lagi, belajar tak habis lagi, tapi aku dah mula rasa bahang kesusahan nak cari kerja.....
bukan demand ke ape ke, cuma aku nak gunakan kelulusan yang aku ada.......
dulu2 pernah kerja jaga site ( buat jalan ), perempuan plak tue, dok tepi jalan, ukur2 jalan, kira kenderaan lalu lalang, best memang best, tp sampai bile, so terjun bidang IT ni plak, hope ade jaminan lebih baik la...... |

mmg boleh kalo kita main redah je, sebat apa keje yg dpt depan mata.
tp after 2,3 years br tersedar yg kita x minat keje ni.
so 4 students, inilah masanya utk mengenali diri sendiri.
cuba kaji balik apa kekuatan diri kita.

- For Senior Engineer, preferably registered as a professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
- For Engineer, must be registered as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
- Possess good knowledge of applicable PTS, DEP, international standards and codes.
