Problem ni dah settle ke? Kalau belum, atau kalau ada sesiapa interested, ni mungkin problem ngan W32 SASSER worm. Aku dah pernah clean ni. Ni steps dia (step 2-5 kena buat cepat2 sebab ko ada 20 saat jer sebelum shutdown):
1. Cabut network cable (jgn connect ke internet)
2. Restart PC. Bila dapat jer screen windows tu, click START MENU > RUN
3. Type 'cmd' and tekan ENTER.
4. Type 'shutdown -i' and tekan ENTER.
5. kat Remote Shutdown dialog yg kuar tu, tukar 20 sec ke '9999'. Ni akan bagi ko banyak masa sebelum dia shutdown untuk download and install fix. Click OK.
6. Now sambung semula network cable and connect ke net.
7. Download and run MS patch kat link bawah ni (pilih OS ko):

8. Also download and run remover kat sini:
http://www.symantec.com/security ... 2004-050114-1706-99
Harap2 ni dapat menolong pembuka thread atau sesiapa yg dah kena Sasser ni.

Apa beza shutdown -i dgn shutdown -a ? Biasanya kalau keluar mesejbox camni.. aku taip shutdown -a je.. |
