afterall aku pon asalnye minat iphone..esp dgn designnye n interface n all the brohuha abt the phone..tp in serious note, most people tend to buy the phone because of the stylish design n the "class" it's in..sume nak iphone..tp dgn 2mp camera..xde vid call..bateri xleh tuka..limited to apple software je sedangkan ms office lebih abundant..aku prefer omnia yg multifunction.. |

Iphone ni 100% multi touch, Omnia ni cuma beberapa application aja multi touch. Yang lain tu masih sama dengan any Wm5 or Wm6 pda phones. Any WM5 or WM6 pda phone pon boleh kita hack dan install HTC application untuk jadikannya macam Omnia
Bettery iPhone tahan lama. 3 hari pon masih belum kering. Surfing Internet pakai WiFi selama 1 jam pon masih full bar.
Omnia? Sekali tulis sms pon dah habis beberapa % batery.
Iphone canot copy & paste
Iphone cannot edit MS Office or Ms Excel, but can view both better than Microsoft own WM5 or WM6 pda phones.
It is very easy to install 3rd party application on iPhone (jailbroken iPhone). Just pilih from katalog dan download pakai GPRS/EDGE or 3G data connection. Bila application itu ada new version or updates, kita boleh download updates juga, macam Linux. Windows Mobile takda function nih.

HTC , iPhone & Samsung  . Tapi duit tarak
Selain Jenama Henpon , perkara lain yg memainkan peranan penting ialah Operating System (OS) itu sendiri .
Sekarang ni tengah tunggu Nokia guna OS Windows Mobile Adakah Nokia akan memecah tradisi ?
Nokia Tablet pun dah pakai OS Linux / Maemo , Adakah Nokia Henpon bersama OS Symbian selamanya

Erk? omnia ada multi touch gak? tak taulak tp rasanye dia jenis resistive screen bukan capacitive so patut still single touch je.
iPhone tahan lama sebab memang intended macam tu for main obvious reason: takleh tuka bateri. bateri kiok tuka baru. tp of coursela. 3-4 taunla baru kiok kot kalo xde any prob
pasal bateri tu akupun rasa kuat mkn gak omnia ni..lebey kurang 2-3 ari leh abis dlm normal use. tp xpastilak sms leh abih cepat camtuh..tmbhlak bateri dia antara yg paling power dlm sume pda ~ 1440mH. tp kena ambik kira gak processor dia rasanye yg paling power antara sume ~ 600++ MHz..so memang padanla..dlm review ada yg kata marvell punya processor ni good power management tp aku rasa biasaje. ni aku quote reviewnye test between diamond n omnia dr gsmarena.com..memang logikla sebab diamond 900mH je..
We did a dedicated GPS battery test to see how far you can get with either device in GPS mode. The HTC Touch Diamond scored rather low due to its smaller battery and larger resolution display. The Diamond ran out of juice after 2 hours and 20 minutes of full satellite lock in still position. Under the same conditions we clocked the Samsung Omnia at 4 hours and 20 minutes. You should bear in mind that in a moving vehicle those numbers will be lower.
Just for the sake of comparison, the HTC Touch Cruise and the HTC TyTN II lasted about 3.5 - 4 hours in this same test. The Asus P750 however managed to outshine them all by a good margin - it kept going for 6 hours straight.

Aku tak pernah bawak 1 handphone.. aku selalu bawak 2. Ini kerana Windows Mobile kuat makan bateri. Bila petang musti tinggal 40%. Kalau aku pi karaoke dengan client, menjelang 12 tengah malam memang dah tinggal 10%. Kalau Nokia, SE dan handset biasa, masih full bar !!! |

Betul..that's y aku bwk in car-charger. kat opis aku bwk usb cable.so tym sync automatic charging skali. tp ntahla rasa sume pda memang kuat makan bateri..that's y aku ambik pda yang ada antara paling power bateri = omnia. |

Ok let's make a checklist on several user review regarding bugs in omnia:
1. Hang - ada yang kata hang dgn ROM omnia lama - DXHH3 esp bila install byk application.
Aku punya experience: tak penah hang selama aku pakai walaupun byk gak install application. tp still ini tak boleh dijadikan confirmation sebab xtau application apa yang dorang install and bpe byk..kalo byk sgt aku rasa PC pon leh hang 
setakat ni aku tak penah perlu restart, soft or hard reset..
2. Keyboard takde haptic feedback..
Aku: no such issue
3. Bateri drain out very quick
Aku: depends pada type of usage..use wisely and always use power save mode..still bear in mind that this is the pda with probably the most powerful processor and highest capacity battery. Plus.. more power needed to lit up much wider screen = 3.2"..even normal current N series nokia won't last that long as well
4. Choppy video..
Aku: tak penah amik video lagi and tak save movie lagi..so judge still undecided
5. Auto-rotation not working
Aku: pure BS..
6. Sometime Camera not functional - showing error message
AKu: YES! the only bug that I have met couple of times..source of problem? don't know..ROM? solution? as for mine, whether just let it for several minutes or simply do a restart..it will work fine later on..not sure whether upgrade ROM to DXHI2 will help.. |
