a'a so far  mmg kne wat xray..nape? ..mcm wajib je kat cni ..pastu before feeding kene aspirate dlu , kne confirm ph <5 ni pon wajib.klo x mmg derang xkan start feed..

...kat sini tak perlu buat xray...cukup ngan the 3 simple tests jer...which are:

1...aspirating gastric contents with the irrigation syringe and testing it with the litmus paper...

2...while listening over the epigastrum with a stethoscope quickly instill a 30cc air bolus with the irrigation syringe...air entering the stomach will produce a 搘hooshing

kat Belfast, semua NG kena X-ray dulu...sbb last year the were few cases where patients get aspiration pneumonia because of out of place NG tip...tu even dah pH tested tu...

kat malaysia xyah buat x-ray we confident with our skill, kuar surat kabar kat malaysia 2 doktor kena tangkap ngn timbalan menteri kat emergency sbb sorang doktor tu baca surat kabar n sorang lagi buat kerja peribadi, diorang malas nak rawat pesakit, pesakit ramai kat er ntah ape nak jadi dr kat malaysia.

...oohhh...kisahnya...anyway...kat sini different plak protocolnya...tak perlu x-ray after NG insertion...securing or燼nchoring爐he爐ube is very important爐o爌revent燿islodgement...but i have爐o admit...even tho kita爏ecure dan anchor it well...there爄s always爐he爐endency爋f it being dislodged accidentally...

kalo dalam kes pergigian , boleh ke pembantu klinik yang buatkan proses scaling kat patient? aku dah pernah pergi 2 klinik yg mana pembantu klinik/yg jaga kaunter (aku tatau la kalo dia ada formal education ttg dentistry) yg wat kan scaling utk aku. aku memang hangin gak la coz masa 1st time kna arituu, serius berdarah habis gusi aku dikerjakan. memang dah banned pun klinik tu.:@ 2nd time ok tapi still sakit, tak sama cam dentist sendiri yg wat kan.

hmm..mayb dokter tu nk berehat2 kejap kot..besala klo kt A&E tu klo ramai patient non -stop sape2 pon bley explode..nk mencari ktenagan kjap..bc la surat kabar kejap,minum2 ke before start balik..dont expect dr ni kje non stop..dr pon manusia jgk bukan robot..
