tak suka bmi macam pentipu..bmi ai 23.5..konon normal tapi ai nampak gems sebab agak rendah..kena turunkan 10kilo baru nampak sedang2 elok |

Dulu sebelum kawen underweight..lps kawin bmi dalam range 18.5-20 macam tu la...tapi bila dah masuk 30 an...dia naik lagi....sekarang dalam bmi dalam range 22 macam tu. Iols rasa berat...tapi orang sekeliling tetap cakap iols ni kurus...mungkin orang sekeliling iols rata2 badan sodap kot.. |

Untuk lebih jitu...cari calculator yang kira sekali jenis rangka..samaada kita small frame, medium atau big frame..

Tinggi 164..skrg puasa turun jd 49kg.
Tp xnafi bila makin tua2 ni cepat naik sekilo dua tu..
Tp utk puasa ni i mmg mkn skt sahur n bbuka..
Then exercise harian ttp buat walau dlm 15min gitu je.. |

thats too skinny i think... u should maintain ur current BMI, to be honest, and u will look more radiant and beautiful with that healthy weight.
my husband currently pun prefer i montok2 cam skang, dia tak kasi i kurus sgt or berisi sgt.. so i just maintain my BMI around 21-22... tp kena workout la.. sbb nak kasi proper figure shape

so konon nak turun to BMI 19 tu rasa selamat sikit.
i memang go the gym 4 times a week, and weekend pegi hiking or lari.
itu laa orang dok comment kurus, tapi i tengok kat cermin takda la kurus mana, ntah la perasaan i kot.
tapi yang pasti peha i takda thigh gap and arm flabby hahahah.
nak kena buat banyak arm workout to tone it.
paha taktau nak buat apa.

5 times a week? OMG i pun dah slow down sejak menghampiri 40s ni... now i workout 3-4 times a week je... usually 3 times la... 1 strength, 2 cardio or dancing... body i jenis senang buat muscle so, kena limit stregth training, high reps, lower weight... tp i dah 9 tahun maintain this weight.. yo yo sikit2 je... masa preggy pun workout, masa 8 month berenti weight training... tp i do dancing fitness sampai laaaaaaa betul2 nak beranak lg seminggu due hahahaya |

BMI - 24 ( berat badan berlebihan kan).... baiq pi la, cuma ai kontrol berat ai jangan over 64kg |
