nk pk punca....tentulah manusia itu sndiri....
manusia tidak pernah puas.......sampai mati.
sbb tau manusia x pernah puas.....maka diharamkan kecurangan yg m'bawake arah zina, dihalalkan poligami untuk elak zina dan dihalalkanperceraian bila tiada jalan keluar atas kegagalan tnggjwb atauteraniaya atau tidak puas hati.
tapi demi memuaskan hati sendiri, manusia sering menyalahgunakan peraturan dengan nafsu sendiri.
adakalnya kegembiraan kita adalah kesedihan org lain......itulah kehidupan. |

1)Penceraian :
a)Punca: ego , tiada lagi sikap menghormati, xnk berbincang, tiada lagi ruang kemaafan buat dirimu
b)Silap: x pikir panjang...
2)Kecurangan:
a)punca: kekurangan kasih sayang atau dh naik gatal
b)silap :65%pencurang.. 35%dicurang
3)Poligami:

In Islamic law and marital jurisprudence, divorce is accepted and referred to as talaq.[56] Khula is the right of a woman in Islam to divorce or separate from her husband. The triple talaq is a mechanism for divorce which exists in Sunni sect of Islam while rejected by the Shia sect. Talaq (conflict) deals with the relationship between religious and secular systems for terminating the marriage in theConflict of Laws.
According to Yossef Rapoport, in the 15th century, the rate of divorce was higher than it is today in the modern Middle East, which now has generally low rates of divorce.[57] In 15th century Egypt, Al-Sakhawi recorded the marital history of 500 women, the largest sample on marriage in the Middle Ages, and found that at least a third of all women in the Mamluk Sultanate of Egypt and Syria married more than once, with many marrying three or more times. According to Al-Sakhawi, as many as three out of ten marriages in 15th century Cairo ended in divorce.[58] In the early 20th century, some villages in western Java and the Malay peninsula had divorce rates as high as 70%.[57] -------> kadar penceraian semakin meningkat di malaysia
Infidelity and genderAttitudes towards “casual sex” are influenced by gender. Infidelity comes in a variety of forms ranging in complexity that are viewed differently among genders. According to Michael J. Formica’s “Psychology Today” blog, “There is an intimate relationship between sexuality and emotionality. Men and women, however, tend to approach that relationship from vastly different points of reference and those differences clearly impact reactions to infidelity for each gender, whether that infidelity is emotional or sexual, in very different ways.”[11] In Annette Lawson’s “Adultery: An Analysis of Love and Betrayal”, she speculates, when men have affairs, they want to allow themselves to be vulnerable and dependent and that when women have affairs, they want to be strong and free.[12] Louise DeSalvo comments, “In affairs, each gender wants to live the possibilities foreclosed to them in ‘normal’ marriages-women seek autonomy; men seek intimacy. Which suggests that if a marriage accommodates these behaviors, there will, perhaps, be less reason to stray.”[13] -----> lelaki dan perempuan curang atas sebab yang berbeza
In Islam, polygyny is allowed, with the specific limitation that a man can have up to four wives at any one time. The Qur'an clearly states that men who choose this route must deal with their wives justly. If the husband fears that he cannot deal with his wives justly, then he should only marry one. The Qur'an does not give preference in marrying more than one wife but allows it to make it easier on a woman that has no support. Islamic scholars opinion that the husband must tell the first wife if he wants to marry another. A husband doesn't have to have permission from his first wife.[67] Women, on the other hand, are only allowed to marry one husband, although they are allowed to remarry after a divorce. Although many Muslim countries still retain traditional Islamic law which permits polygamy, secular elements within some Muslim societies challenge its acceptability. Polygamy is prohibited by law in some Muslim-majority countries that have not adopted Islamic law for marital regulations, such as Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Tunisia and Turkey. Polygamy, and laws concerning polygamy, differ greatly throughout the Islamic world and form a very complex and diverse background from nation to nation. Whereas in some Muslim countries it may be fairly common, in most others it is often rare or non-existent. According to traditional Islamic law, a man may take up to four wives, and each of those wives must have her own property, assets, anddowry. Usually the wives have little to no contact with each other and lead separate, individual lives in their own houses, and sometimes in different cities, though they all share the same husband. Polygamy is an exception rather than the rule and is traditionally restricted to men who can manage things, and in some countries it is illegal for a man to marry multiple wives if he is unable to afford to take care of each of them properly.[citation needed] In the modern Islamic world, polygamy is mainly found in[citation needed] Saudi Arabia, West and East Africa (In Sudan it is encouraged from the president as female population is high).[68] Among the 22 member states of the Arab League, Tunisia alone explicitly prohibits polygamy; however, it is generally frowned-upon in many of the more secularized Arab states, such as Egypt. Few other countries including Libya and Morocco require the written permission of the first wife if her husband wishes to marry a second, third, or fourth wife. In Morocco it is the written notification of the first wife and not necessarily the consent that is needed.------> iols dgn baik hatinya dah highlight yg penting je utk uols bace

Polyandry (Greek: poly- many, andras- man) refers to a form of marriage in which a woman has two or more husbands at the same time. The form of polyandry in which a woman is married to two or more brothers is known as "fraternal polyandry", and it is believed by many anthropologists to be the most frequently encountered form.
Islam also bans polyandry. For example, Quran Surah Nisa’ Chapter 4 verses 22-24 gives the list of women with whom one cannot marry. Nikah Ijtimah is a pre-Islamic tradition of polyandry, which was forbidden in Islam.[11]
negara2 yg mengamalkan polyandry:
Africa
In the Lake Region of Central Africa, "olygyny ... was uncommon. Polyandry, on the other hand, was quite common".
"the Masai are polyandrous".
Europe
"According to Julius Caesar, it was customary among the ancient Britons for brothers, and sometimes for fathers and sons, to have their wives in common".
Asia
"polyandry is very widespread among the Sherpas."
In Bhutan in 1914, polyandry was "the prevailing domestic custom."
"A 1981 survey ... in Muli found 52% of the marriages engaged in monogamy, 32% practiced polyandry (brothers sharing a wife), and 16% practiced polygyny (sisters sharing a husband)."
The Hoa-tun (Hephthalites, White Huns) "living to the north of the Great Wall ... practiced polyandry."
Among the Gilyaks of Sakhalein Island "polyandry is also practiced".
Pacific islands
Among the Kanak of New Caledonia, “every woman is the property of several husbands. It is this collection of husbands, having one wife in common, that ... live together in a hut, with their common wife.”
Friedrich Ratzel in The History of Mankind reported in 1896 that in the New Hebrides there was a kind of convention in cases of widowhood, that two widowers shall live with one widow. Additionally that in New Ireland and New Britain widows were claimed as common property by all the men.
South America
"The Bororos ... among them ... there are also cases of polyandry."
"The Tupi-Kawahib also practice fraternal polyandry".
"...up to 70 percent of Amazonian cultures may have believed in the principle of multiple paternity"
