update ! iols da lost 4kg in 15 days!

alhamdulillah.

cut sugar and kira calorie intake. nasi nak jugak tapi iols amik 4 sudu je sekali meals. try jugak bt atkin tp tahan 1 1/2  day je
bila dah minum air byk series mlm tak lapar. and iols tidurr cepat utk mengelakkan iols cari mkn mlm andddd before tidur iols makan epal hijau..

jnis yg susah nak kurus ni
kena istiqamah bersenam & berdiet lerrr..
wat sit up hari2..
diet pun  kena...
selain dr tu..minum air rebusan halia + serai..pagi & malamselain kurus..awet muda jugak...

start bulan pose smpi skrg dah stop diet, stop kira kalori & stop workout. yg peliknya berat badan turun, last timbang masa jaga makan 57kg. yang terbaru timbang lepas makan tak kontrol 55kg.. kalau masa kontrol nak turun sekilo pun susah.. baca thread ni mcm rindu nak diet balik, tp nak workout lompat2 bintang (my feveret) dah tak boleh dah sebab lutut sakit..

boleh try google lagi insanity workout (termasuk dalam HIIT).

buat la apa pun, jangan rosakkan metabolisma sudah. nanti cepat gemuk balik.

1. aku tak makan nasi.. amek lauk je...
2. minum manis sekali je sehari..
3. tak minum ice langsung...
4. tak makan fast food..

ni cara aku lak kurus .. nk kawen nye pasal ritu gigih diet nk kurus ok.. dr 65kg ke 55kg.. torbaikk..

  • mindset kena kental
  • jgn mkn nasik selama sebulan
  • ganti dgn sup bayam hari2 aku mkn sup bayam selama sebulan..
  • lunch mkn lauk je
  • minum air masak bergelen2 smpi terkencing2 serius ni
  • no ice
  • no manis2
  • jogging / main badminton


berjaya turun 10kg.. baju kawen pon ngam2 je kawen pon happy sbb ramai org kata wahhhh kuruss..

sy xde la buat heavy atkins.. amek je ayam n daging jugak.. cuma nasi, ice n minum manis mmg x amek.. nasi tu dlm 2 kali seminggu ok kot.. on weekend.. tp in reasonable portion...  tp most of the time amek ikan... sy buat setahun je.. lepas tu tiba2 berat makin turun byk... agak nye metabolism dah meningkat tetiba.. dah boleh makan apa shj sbb dah kurus sgt.. kalau diet atkins nnt nampak tulang je pulak

yea..aku pn buat HIIT dulu..memang bagus utk speed nilai2 kekurusan bes..xde la berkhayal je naik tredmill..sebab kena alert timing laju slow..part slow lega..part laju..bila la nk abis

bagi aku, x perlu extreme cut terus makanan..sebab sebenarnya bila ko cut terus and depends pada satu food je, badan ko sebenarnya tak cukup protein dan carbs etc..boleh efek pening kepala..kalau ko exercise lagi la ko kena balance part makanan

tak guna kurus tapi menggelebeh..sendiri tau bila dah kurus nanti..ko pasan punya..tapi ko x bagitahu la orang sebab orang duk kagum part kurus je nanti

eh kalau buat senaman sekali diet bkn prevent kulit gelebeh ke...sb every day bt sit up crunchees plank lunges..x fully kempis lg perut so x nmpak gelebehnya..still perut yg dl cume loss 2 inci je..

Of course la bagus buat senaman skali yg jenis fitkn body..jogging running tu speedkn pmbakaran lemak berbanding sit up etc tu lebih kpd fitkn body..utk org yg nk kurangkn berat ko kena nisbah 2:1 ..running jogging swimming 2kali ganda berbanding sit up dumbell  bagai..bila ko stop nk kurangkn berat baru ko reverse kn sit up etc tu 2kali ganda..tp klau x mampu..buat je mane2 yg ko boleh..tp aku nk bgthu ko bila smpi satu tahap berat ko x kurang wpn ko wat senaman n mkn jaga,jgn panik..tu tandanya bdn ko dh adapt cara senaman ko..so ko kena tukar cara senaman ko masa tu nnt..so masa tu buatla hiit ke dumbell ke etc
