pot.. berat dagu sekarang dah lebih dari yg asal masa buat atkins tuu tp mmg patut pun.. 2-3 tahun kebelakangan ni mmg dagu dah tak exercise langsung

mcm2 laa aku makan oreo..aku ni cepat bosan kalu makan bende sama je..
ok..ni antara mknan yg aku makan

tomyam campur
ikan goreng
ayam goreng kfc @ mcd (bahagian dada k..buang kulit makan isi je ...

psl buah pinggang kene keje keras tu aku x laa risau sgt sbb aku x amik protein melebihi drpd yg biasa aku amik...

biasa makan kan... nasik separuh+ ayam +sayur..
la ni makan... ayam+ sayur... so sama je intake protein nye..cuma carbo je kurg...

selalunya awal2 ni mesti turun banyak... tu yg seronok tu.. dagu dulu awal2 tu pernah turun 3kg seminggu... mmg pembakar semangat tul time tuu..
dagu siap amik measurement kat pipi, perut & pangkal lengan... ikut mcm dlm buku cakap... mmg best sbb memang turun... pipi & lengan mmg cepat turun.. tang perut tu lambat sikit...

ok la kalau pot nyer portion tak bertambah... dagu plak sbb kurang carb intake segala mak nenek protin tu increase... dlm masa 2 minggu induction tu makan ayam macam biawak jerk   beli ayam sekor 2 ari je kot abis   perut dah biasa mkn nasik... rasa tak kenyang makan lauk sikit2 nih...

antara menu routine dagu dulu..
bfast: sramble egg or telur goreng + coleslaw
lunch: sama mcm lunch biasa tp w'out nasik + sup sayur
dinner: daging burger + sosej (ayamas yg ada flavor tu)+ scramble egg+ coleslaw
snack in between meals: sosej or daging burger + coleslaw (snack ni mmg sentiasa ada ready stock... ni utk avoid i curi2 amik makanan yg tak sepatutnya especially kat opis yg byk sgt cabaran...)
sampai sekarang ni dagu tak lalu dah nak mkn daging burger & sosej

ntahlaa dagu..mgkin sbb sblm makan kene minum air byk kan..so space perut tu dh byk terisi air kot...

lunch td mkn ikan bawal (separuh) ngn tempe pedas..bole ke makan tempe ek.. tp x byklaa aku share makanan ngn anak aku...

ruginya aku awal2 dulu x bt measurement..xpelaa..sbb baju n suar dh longgar2 ni so dh kecik sketlaa.. x sbr nk pakai baju2 lama aku yg kecik2 tu..

betul..tp slalu tgk org makan nasik 2 sudu..tp lauk plk portion nya lbh dr nasik..n body maintain je..adakah pemakanannya x sihat..

tapi kalau nasi n lauk jerk takder sayur..maknanyer tak sihat
food intake perlu combination, carb, protein, vegies(vitamins)or buah then lemak kene ader gak..but minimum

nk join the club jugak.dulu dh penah try akins ni.tp bertahan 3 hari je. hari ke3 bgun tdo tgn mnggigil n mcm nk pngsan.mybe aku obses sgt nk kurus so aku mkn tahan gle.dhla xde gula..mkn plak xmkn..mmgla jd cmtu.

ni aku nk join korg...leh share2 menu ek.
