insyaAllah..kalo mok try nnt mok kasi review..glutagen berries pn dh sbulan mok cuba..tatau la menjadi ke tak sbb kite dok hari2 ngadap muke sendiri so mmg tak prasan la ade perubahan ke tak..maybe nk kena tunggu 3 bln kot br perubahan tu nmpk ketara..
takpe2..nnt tggu mok blk kampung tgk ade org tegur ke tak..kalo ade maknenye menjadi la ek..

cara makan:

sebiji sw+ vit c    sebelum bekfast

dan juga malam sebelum tido

vit c ambik 1000mg..kunyah ya... kalau gastrik..sila bekfast dulu..


pantang kopi teh

wajib 3 liter air

kalau ada sembelit..sila detox dulu..kalau hari2 membuang..kesan akan cepat dlm 2 minggu...
